How is everyone feeling going into Aug 1?

Is the split really going to happen? I have been reading about it a lot lately but I still find it hard to believe that this split will happen. My assumptions are not final,  they are just assumptions. I guess we will just have to wait and see,  rather be on the safe than to be sorry,  don' t make any transactions from 31- 2nd August maybe.

You are right for this, I think no need to panic and do not need to be feared for such a thing, most importantly we do not have to transact on 1-2 August, because all will cause your Btc will disappear, so better silence and sit sweet in a comfortable place , See how it will happen.

The attack is always on the exchange, if you store it in a ledger or something like that I think your BTC will be safe. The wallet on exchange is not a personal asset, so consider when you place your property on the exchange

If you have secured your coins then no need to worry. Actually I'm ecstatic and eager to see what will happen in Aug 1 and after. Some say its doomsday day or something, so I wanna see how this so called doomsday scenario will really turns out. And I believed that it will be just an ordinary day for bitcoin because it will succeed in dealing with it. No need to panic. We just need to stay calm and let the storm pass by.

i think the increasing price of bitcoin shops that still people are too much confident about bitcoin and therefore hey are not selling it. i am sure that bitcoin price will not comedown from 2500$ and after 1st August it will start increasing and it is also expected that the price will continue increasing non stop and will reach to 4000$ in next few weeks.

I am a bit cautious about the whole thing, i already thought that there was a split already, with Bitcoin Cash BCC in the system and because even some exchanges have already started to accept it. I recommend not buying any bitcoins a week after August 1.

Well, am a kind of afraid not because of a fall in the price of Bitcoin that may happen, if it eventually happen but because of my bitcoin which i labour for over three to four months that are not in the save wallet account. I have some in blockchain wallet and the other with poloniex exchange.

Actually,  I'm more annoyed about the possibility of owning BCC that's worth significantly more than $0 and that I'd need to take the trouble to sell. I mean now I need to install a BCC-aware wallet and migrate over my private keys, etc. etc.

Just because we do not know yet of what will happen within the split or do not know what will be the effect of the upcoming split event a couple of days right now, I think it is just normal to worry about it because the assurance to succeed or not is not yet visible due to the reason that there is no update about that event to happen. But still hoping that this event will be a positive factor with a positive effect to lessen all the doubts and worry in all our minds.

Not only Bitcoin price will not decrease, But also it will increase very much.
I think most of holders will sell their BCC and BTC will be the winner chain. After that the demand for Bitcoin will rise and it will cause the price to increase so much.
