That's bit odd... One would think all of these MIT alumnis involved would be able to get a working & clean incorporation and legal structure together...
I did some digging though, and on their website, they have /forms/yYmTFmOsHgjijpxM2]job offers, where the job postings state that "Bay Area preferred". Which would mean, some offices of them are likely in the US, but legal incorporation for the ICO might of course be in a different country I guess...

Wish this kind of info would be more clear. While I know legal stuff isn't easy for ICO companies, this is vital info for any potential investor.
