trying hard but can't see why the hell would someone throw his resources on mining this one.

You know what? We got a CPU only coin, that half the people couldn't even connect to at launch. Another that didn't even come with a pre-compiled windows client. We got duped into mining PWC, with false promises of already confirmed exchange listing. FC2, wether it was meant to be a joke or not, has been honest and reliable, from the get go. I have not seen a single complaint. Maybe it's time we stop rewarding stupidity, and encouragin retardation, and get behind a coin, that is what it was said it would be.
Thats what im saying... We need more behind this... Yac made it to exchange, and the joke is in the name, at least this one proves to work, fast and is honest...  /

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

I'm doing about 1200 kH/s so not exactly low hash.
Hmm still not seeing any payouts.  I restarted cgminer and the client as well.

Curious how long it's going to take to see a block reward while solo mining. I have won a block it says transaction:1 but nothing in my transactions tab...hmm...anyone else? We just started but it's been a while, I'm just thinkn i should be able to see the reward as it is confirming.

If anyone wants to send me some feel free! 6haeiXk1t4c9Y7dniU3RNuzZDz6uWGMA6v I"ll share the love if my block come through!

If you are having issues with p2pool payout, generate an address that starts with '6' instead of '7'.

rikku's p2pool is only paying out to addresses that start with '6', currently.

Feathercoin has a stalled blocked chain.
Feathercoin2 does not.

Feathercoin2 is the clear winner here!

FTC is not stalled, I am still mining it happily. There is a fork of FTC planned to change the difficulty computation, all you have done with this fork is created confusion which doesn't help FTC at all.

There will be a sticky announcing the real FTC fork when it happens.

I did not choose FTC in particular, it just happened to be the only source I had on my HD at the time I decided developing a sillycoin would be a good idea.
