Get in contact with Ronnie from Openledger. This is exactly what he is doing and has successfully launched a few ICO's in the past few months with more on the horizon. He is very active on telegram, search  openledger

you have road map, vision, all information about your plan are on the site.
but, you need better platform thank waves DEX exchange, you just list it to some exchanger like cryptopia, poloniex, bittrex, or other.
investment plan is good, real mining is better to to increasing token price.

The project itself sucks... Maybe you can still get some money from some dumb people who won a lottery somehow or something? idk, but most rich people aren't really stupid   So this will be hard task. I think you should just do the sale and try to fork in some extra money to get eZ rich that way? Idk really... Getting users to waste their money isn't as easy anymore as it was a couple years ago.

What kind of a person you want to have? maybe I can give you some. but maybe not just now because I need to find a person who is more trusthworthy than we think.

 Although I'm miles and heaps away from my first ICO, would be nice to get some opinions and maybe some contacts for my project VialCoin.com.
 At the moment it's only a token, with plans to develop into a fully functional coin, integrated fully with waves and as many exchanges I will be able to get it into. Only 2 months old project, still learning and adjusting every day. In no way I plan to deceive, but if anything looks "scammy", please point it out.
