GPU mining is pretty simple and easy to set up. First of all you need to choose pools for yourself so that you can start mining from it. A pool is set up broadcasted transactions and needs answers from you to complete the same. For this purpose your GPU will be used to compute the transaction. You get rewarded for doing this job.

So setting up the GPU would be as easy as plugging in the USB to your computer. If you are buying separate GOU then first you will have to set them up with motherboards. Later step would be connecting mother board to mining software. I will recommend you nicehash pool to work with. Just download the tutorial and mining software from the site itself. Then rest will be assured by your mining software.

You're in the wrong section buddy, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=160.0
It seems you don't have a clue how to build a rig yet, start here: https://www.cryptocompare.com/mining/guides/how-to-build-an-ethereum-mining-rig/
Also read the threads of the altcoin mining board.

Recommend more budget for mining.
with USD 1000, 4way 1050ti is maximum, which gives you only 3$/day.
