Colonization of Mars will take many years and by then you will have many new Alt coins with much better features. I also do not know how the distance between Earth and Mars will influence communication to sustain the Blockchain on Mars. < delays > I know the Chinese complained at some stage that their internet was slower than other countries and this influenced their mining operations to compete fairly with other countries. < firewalled internet >
I think NASA or people like Elon Musk will create their own GalaxyCoin with centralized/private authority and control and this will be hosted on their own private/government systems.

I think that's going to be hard, based on some research done showing the speed of the internet in outer space is much better than on earth, but are you will go into space just to get a faster internet connection, lol. In addition, people today can not stay there, so it would be difficult to carry bitcoin there and make transactions with bitcoin.

What is wrong with people? Bitcoin on mars? Bitcoin is there for only 8-9 years in the world, and people Start making future plans. Yes ,Bitcoin will be used on mars if we "move to mars and start making houses and yes before that we make sure we have enough oxygen for people to live there, since water traces are found by NASA ". Sorry that I talk like that ,but humans moving to mars is going to take a lot of years and don't know if Bitcoin gonna exist till then, if they do that Bitcoin hardly has a chance for being used in Mars. |

Aliens are suspected to be more intelligent and sharper than us. They would have been using bitcoins for centuries, living in a cashless society. Bitcoin for sure will increase after august 1 because they dont have doubt in the mind of investor. They buy more bitcoin because if they see bitcoin price they want more profit. So it you have bitcoin its better to hold your bitcoin for few years for sure you will earn a lot of profit. And to those people plan to buy bitcoin better to buy more bitcoin and possible to become rich in the future.
You aren't in the Mars yet? Those users above are on Mars already. I don't think Its going to be a livable planet. There is much resources here in on earth, if we are going to find a better place to stay, its more likely to go deeper into the earths core than up. Seriously? You want to go deeper of the earth? Man, the more we go deeper the more it becomes hotter.  Well I dont know whats on mind of the OP making this thread. NASA is still on the research process if Mars is habitable for all of us. But as far as I know there's a little amount of oxygen in that planet so its not really habitable for us. |

umm! Bitcoin has enlarged the circle of their users and it is helping the bitcoin users to make more money it is causing the reason for pure and fair money but bitcoin taking on mars is seems to be very difficult a lot of people believes that soon bitcoin will be start using on the mars also because people are taking bitcoin with them, everywhere but for this we must need internet access so first we need to take internet to the mars then bitcoin will surely be there. |

I am intrigued by your post about the possibility of colonizing Mars and then when that will happen they can be using Bitcoin in there maybe in buying/selling goods and services. Hmmm...that can actually be a very fantastic idea but I am thinking that maybe they would first concentrate on how to be able to really live in Mars successfully as any other planet in the universe is not as hospitable as Earth. Do you really think that of all the things they will think in Mars will be Bitcoin or cryptocurrency for that matter? No, I don't think so. I love your being a visionary but I don't that vision will be coming soon. I still prefer to be living on this Earth and making it more beautiful rather than destroy it and then bring our weaknesses to other planets. |

Let us say this happens, and civilization is already living in mars. How hard will it be to sync blockchain in mars and on earth?It is a long distance and a slow process. And if they use another blockchain,it will not be bitcoin but an alt. |

Its funny that you already thinking about that but probably who knows bitcoin is more easy and fastest way of payment for now so if thats posible then maybe it will go to mars if there human living in there already
LOL I am also very worried about it that a well trained alien tourist flying passed in his spaceship will hack my primitive blockchain with his kids quantum computer and he will pay the space monopoly with my bitcoins and I will be more worried for using or having internet on mars because aliens will hack all my bitcoins haha well bitcoin needs internet and mars does not have internet access. |
