1.  I think there is no specific use for the wiki (or some centralised pointer to it) being on a  decentralised blockchain.
2.  I think search indexing and database update gets more complicated than centralised databases.
3.  The waves block chain has info updates from all other waves assets when every new waves block is genearted. As the number of assets and their transactions grow, the wiki database updates will become cumbersome as it has to search through other stuff which has nothing to do with the wiki.
- this could be partly offset by setting some unique prefix tag to search for in the waves block but if waves scales really well (for e.g. a few blocks generated in a second, its no longer easily scalable).

I would be concerned of issue 3 and its scalability. All waves assets are 'ride sharing' the waves blockchain. There will be much irrelevant information on each waves block that doesn't concern the proposed wiki. Searching and scaling it appears to be a challenge here.

"Hi everyone, here's our week-end update:
- The new infrastructure is being setup right now, some features are already tested and performances meet our expectations. As the Waves blockchain is going to evolve in October with Bitcoin-NG, our engine will have to deal with up to 7680 transactions per minute instead of the actual 100. The good news is our new infrastructure and engine is ready to deal with that amount of transactions. Don't forget that we don't only have to register every transaction, we also have to do a deeper/comparative analysis to have the best set of data. Our infrastructure is 100% evolutive and responding to current standards most established companies don't use yet. We'll be able to deal with a large amount of data on multiple blockchains in realtime.
- Our dataset will be far better than the actual one, it will provide a lot of new infos and an easier way to generate any stat a user would like to know, trading data will also be the most complete, with complete trade history and in depth analysis of the markets. Some of the new stats and data we're able to provide will be seen on the actual gravit prototype in the next few weeks.
- The market has been nice to our investors and it's a very good thing. As we're currently in the setup phase, with almost no new functionalities to provide, it shows that our project didn't go unnoticed and is appealing to a lot of newcomers. New communities were popping everywhere and we gave them as many info as we could to introduce them to the Waves ecosystem, to assist them with their issues. That has been an unexpected big part of our work lately but we simply love how it feels like an accomplishment. We're happy for the 100000 Waves addresses funded for the platform achievement, and we're happy to think that we may have participated in some way.
- Speaking of being noticed, our ICO led our project to get a great exposure here. People have been speaking about us in universities, conferences and coworking spaces all over the country. We've been interviewed by one of the most read financial/entrepreneurship magazine in Belgium(Trends), we didn't forget to mention the Wavesplatform several times during the interview for it to get the exposure it deserves in Europe. We also have a meeting next week with someone very influent about the blockchain which was speaking about it last week on national television in front of some political figures. He's looking for more information about our project which caught his interest.
- Faucets (Wavesdrop engine) have received an overwhelming amount of new visitors these days(900% improvement) following our community update including automatic faucet generation. We have more than 10 token creators who customized their token faucet and 5 of them are already receiving 100% of their own ad revenues. Wavesdrop is sending 5% of the distributed tokens to the investor's pool, including Waves and valuable ones.
- Investor's pool first payout is planned for the 4th of December, 3 months after the initial token release. Following payouts will occur every 3 months as already specified. Snapshots of OCL holdings are taken everyday at random moments, the ratio will be determined by the average of these daily values.
- Websites are being completely reworked now while we're working on the back-end, fountainperpetua and oceanlab.eu will be the first to benefit from the new design and infrastructure switch"

I mean the growth of oceanlab just few weeks after ico is amazing, devs are on their toes working hard for the development aspect and not worry about pumping the price because eventually the value and price will be determined by the usability of the coin, and when the fisrt payout takes place as stated above, more reason for people to wanna hodl.
