However, it is only estimated ROI, by which I mean it can be under-estimated or over-estimated depends upon the total numbers of masternode locked up in the network at the specific point of time. Hence, the real ROI will be fluctuated somewhere around 300% for the next few weeks. Anway, it shows us bright future of the coin.

Is there a separate free mtnc destribution to those who registered on the google form, even if you didn't join both the twitter and btt signature promotion?

Or this airdrop is also like a bounty campaign? We have to choose one either to join the twitter or btt signature promotion, or choose them both. Then that's the only way you can get 100mtnc if you only join 1 or 200mtnc if you join both.

If so, you can get roughly $14 or $28  after 3 weeks? As for the current price of 1mtnc right now is 0.00001700btc or 0.14usd.

Am I correct?

Or is it 100mtnc/week? for each promotion?

If I understood the announcement from developers, you can join both campaigns (twitter and BCT) simultaneously. If you want to check my recommendation, you should PM directly to developers and ask for explanations.
