I could not find any official new for the second airdrop round but there should be one more airdrop round. We just keep waiting for that one to participate. I'm followin the official twitter acount to catch the second airdrop.

No you can participate in the airdrop, if you fulfill a bunch of rules and then you get 50,000 MTNC, which is necessary to run a master node in this network.

can i explain：：：In conclusion, , from the beginning you start , if Participant(at least full member) is lasting up to three weeks (at least) -->including signature and keep acitve and help MTNC to republish article , then he can get airdrop. 

that means if you start at august 17 , then you should follow such requirements,  you have the chance to get airdrop after 3 weeks

I don't think the trust summary is a respectable basis to do your review on. I've been following some developers and a lot of them get negative trust from people who didn't believe in their projects and so on. So imho it's better to review everybody yourself then to just trust the trust system
