People are not using bitcoin due to ignorance or because they are not aware of its existence.There are also people who are afraid to use technology when it comes to money.There still are millions of people who dont use credit card as well

No, you ignorant fool, this is a permaban--at least it's always been that way so far.  And it's a personal ban, which means all alt accounts and whatnot. 

People really ought to start believing they won't get away with this.  And they shouldn't act surprised that they did it and that they're banned.  It would be comical if it weren't so damn pathetic.
