As i know in movie industry all royalties to actors are prepaid and movie theaters simply buy lisense to show a particular movie. so, a better example is the music industry. it's more appliccable

itunes as well as streaming services. it'd convinient to record labels to know whose songs are listened more. it's fairier than paying to artist 30% (as i heard) like Apple does.

Gotcha! Smart contract that is based on how many times the song is played. I'm sure streaming servises easily can get that statisics.

That makes no diferrence. What it makes is the great opportunity for record labels and other production teams get royalities based on the popularity of songs and movies.

Yeah, it's a huge market that needs financial gurantees for all parties. smart contracts suite this area perfectly!
