yeah, at first investors thought that if a project has huge hard cap it means that it's cool, but in reality it wasn't so. great ideas are not always pricey.

such contracts help to keep privacy in secret and also simplify the way of making it, bcz only partners needed (no third parties)

couples don't need to care about regular wedding contracts, looking for a lawyer and fitting bureaucratic reality
