Landlords publish offers and potential tenants bid to rent the real estate. In addition to the auction format, the platform also allows for regular rental offers. The service is available via a website and Android/iOS apps. The system allows potential tenants to calculate travel time from the property to a required geolocation, i.e. the office, work out the ideal price for the real estate based on data analysis, see 3D photos of the space, access an account area to share utility bills and communicate with the landlord, as well as other functionality. The account area and chat service are subscription-based.
The platform will offer the ability to pay using its own cryptocurrency (REST), which can be converted into fiat currency onto a card and back in the account area. Operations with fiat currency can be executed using a tied bank card, with currency exchange facilitated through integration with a cryptocurrency exchange. How is that solved? Here is our answer: The platform is not an auction for online contracting and instant payment after winning a bet. The essence is that only contacts of the landlord are shown to the winning tenant (tenants who gave a lower price, doesn't see the contacts accordingly), but a rent are not paid at this moment. If after the call and the meeting the parties have concluded an agreement, on the platform they can make payments, exchange receipts, chat, schedule meetings on the calendar (the owner wants to check the apartment). |

Is the platform already developed or will start when money will be collected for it ? You need really bigger team tobe able to handle everything in more better way.

Is the platform already developed or will start when money will be collected for it ? You need really bigger team tobe able to handle everything in more better way.
Development will start at late August, but yes, team will be expanded after ICO. so this project is made for only real estate market ? whats benefit for owning token ? how to monitize the service ?
