I am almost satisfied.  I have more BTC than I did last weekend and no issues from the zoo of last two days.  I wish I had gotten a better price but it was free money

Can't complain ended up with both so it really is a win win situation lot of fuss over nothing.   Now we have 2 coins.. One looking for on chain development and solutions to the issues and the other looking into offchain solutions IE lightning networks ect.  So really we now have a split vision for it and have a choice on which we prefer.

There was plenty of information out there as to where to move your coins or what exchanges would receive BCH on. It was up to you to put that info into action.

Yeh everything appears down today so not sure I would be saying its over, although I'm sure people will blame polo. BCH went higher than anyone thought but then dumped but it hasn't flowed into BTC like people were saying it would....

It seems that I am less pocketing information related to BCH. Because of that I do not have the advantage at all with the emergence of bch,

I have not earned as much as I could have earned if Bittrex would have allowed deposits at the time BCH was traded at $1000. Didn't have BTC on the exchange... never do

The volume and price in bittrex looks like manipulated without a doubt, i am not sure how we could see these kind of high volume in the site when their are not even accepting the deposit address, i am happy with the fork and only after transaction would like know whether i am satisfied.

So far I am satisfied, bitcoin price is not falling too deep and everyone got a free money, and bch price is quite expensive, so it is very profitable to sell it and now the transaction has been fully operated without any major problem

Me too, wallet provider does not support the fork. So there is no chance to get free Bitcoin Cash. I wonder if it is good choice not to support the split knowing that transactions on the new blockchain is much faster.

So far I can't to be very happy. I didn't had all my btc on excange which credited Bitcoin Cash for their users. Now my BCH is still in the wallet. I have to wait until exchanges will enable BCH deposits withdrawals. It's hard to predict when it will happen. But I hope that I will get nice profit.

If you knew about fork, why you didn't withdraw your bitcoins to wallet where you have private keys or didn't transfered to another exchanges which support both chains?

Great luck for you man.But i didn't get any BCC as i stored my BTC in my electrum wallet.But i am very happy for the thing that bitcoin price has not crashed as many feared before the fork and bitcoi price continues to remain more or less stable around $2700.Thats enough for me.

Great luck for you man.But i didn't get any BCC as i stored my BTC in my electrum wallet.But i am very happy for the thing that bitcoin price has not crashed as many feared before the fork and bitcoi price continues to remain more or less stable around $2700.Thats enough for me.

You control private keys on Electrum, it means that you can take your Bitcoin Cash. You just need to import private keys to a wallet, which supports Bitcoin Cash.

keeping such a big amount in an exchange was quite risky though in the end you are on plus sign but you should care. If you had got that much amount in BCC then you should had hold the coins may be it could rise to sky that would have much benefitted.

keeping such a big anount in an exchange was quite risky though in the end you are on plus sign but you should care. If you had got that much amount in BCC then you should had hold the coins may be it could rise to sky that would have much benefitted. Anyway good day to you

It will be good to hold it since like any alts or even like BTC it can really goes a long way and can be bigger even by just holding it.We just need to hope that it can last long like BTC and will not be like some alts who lose their value.

Sadly NO. Because i thought the August 1 will makes the bitcoins price going down so hard, so i sell all my bitcoins before it happen. But in the end i'm feel so stupid, imagine if i don't sell all my bitcoins, i will get many BCH and i can sell it to increase my bitcoins. A bad move from me, god damn.

In monetary terms I am extremely happy. One Bitcoin was worth around $2,800 before the split. And now one BTC + one BCH is worth around $3,300 to $3,400 (depending on the exchange). That means a gain of 15% to 20% in 48 hours, and I am happy with it.

I'm totally satisfied - I had expected a dump in both currencies. Now it looks that Bitcoin Cash drove out Ripple from the Top 3 - that's positive, I think (I don't like Ripple very much ).

I had converted altcoins to BTC before the fork and sent them to my "real" wallet. Now I'm waiting for a good entry point (the next altcoin dump, that will come for sure), but I will also hold a good part of my "new BTC" because I expect good prices - probably a new ATH - when Segwit activates. I'll for now will hold Bitcoin Cash a while - I consider a BU-based altcoin an interesting experiment, although I would have liked a "clean" fork based on a snapshot, not a contentious hard fork.

Then why didn't moved your fund to an exchanges that will give you "free coins"? Perhaps you don't want to take the risk, so don't be dissatisfied now for not getting BCH.

Yes, quite surprising isn't it? If you remember the FUD around here saying that bitcoin is doom or bitcoin will die but yet it have stood another test and see that the price is looking strong at $2700. So many are very happy plus getting free coins then dumping them to buy bitcoin or altcoins making it a profitable and win-win situation for the community. Maybe several months from now we might see bitcoin setting new ATH. Fairly a good year for bitcoin and we have still a quarter to achieve more milestone. Overall most of the members here are satisfied including me.

A huge congratulations for you for your huge risk and luck in the fork that just happened. Well in my case, the changes that happened did not affect me at all since what I am only focused is the price of bitcoins increasing or decreasing. Luckily, the price of bitcoins even managed to increase during the fork and this opened the opportunity for me to invest. At the end of the day, it really boils down to our courage and luck on investing huge amount of money.
