Cindicator has not been listed to Us-based exchanges,so they dont need these SEC requirements.There are only three exchanges for Cnd token-Binance,Hitbtc and Mercatox.

On a more serious not, I believe that Cindicator has a great future ahead of it. I don't think this project is "perfect" as it is, but I can't quite put my finger on it. Someone needs to be improved, but I don't know what exactly.

All coins being down are due to bitcoin price . Many altcoins have got the big decrease and I think we should stop trading with shorterm and choose some good coins for long holding .

You can probably now feel free to buy more coins and to the number of coins you bought was a little more than you had before. Then the purchase price you will be the average. So it is easier to morally endure the fall in prices and wait for the growth in the near future.

Alright good to know that Cindicator is safe and the SEC will not attack them in the future. Recently lots of project are having problems with the SEC like Centra, Titanium.
