For example you want buy BTC on lakebtc.com, you register and verify yourself , then you select deposit and select the method SEPA , then Lakebtc.com send message to all lakebanker (like me) there is someone who wants to deposit X euro , So I see the detail I can accept or ignore .

Because Lakebtc.com can't withdraw my money dependently ! When I request to withdraw there should be someone who want's to deposit !
LakeBTC.com is escrow system and they don't send any money or crypto dependently .
