This is indeed good news for stellar. I know that Stellar can use for ICO but never seen one. Let’s watch how the Stellar network react during an ICO, hopefully there will be lesser congestion than Ethereum network.

Its for sure , i am holder of Stellar well it is a very good news for us . We know that stellar is already a good market how much more after the ICO was launch .I'm exited when will be the exact date .
