No, use Bittrex/Poloniex/Coinbase/Kraken/Gemini etc.
That website not only looks like crap with fake testimonials and all that, it's not even automatic, you "contact" these people through a form if you want to exchange which is bullshit.

What actually you want to exchange? You can use changer.com if you want to exchange bitcoin to perfectmoney or viceversa. I have tried them before for small amount, just try them with small amount before trusting them completely.

bestbulkchanger looks scamy, don't use them at any cost.

You can use Poloniex or Bittrex, but if you are from US I will not suggest coinbase because of the of the issue 'tax invasion' just search it on google so you will find it. Or you can try also Localbitcoins.com, they are the only one I know since then.

3. not all new service are scam.

This website bestbulkchanger.com is a scam with 99.9999% certaintly.
Here are the facts:

#1 Upon initial contact they asked if I want to exchange $3000 and then wrote many, many emails gradually lowering the sum to $900
#2 I sent them a few hundred bucks a few days ago, all I have now is them asking for more money (on numerous occasions) and telling stories about Poloniex
#3 Not only the site looks crappy, it's operated from another country than alleged company is registered in, and it's new
#4 They use @gmail.com account, not even setting up GSuite with their custom domain
#5 One of the words in their gmail username is wrong: should be bccwholesale; this means they probably changed it a couple of times already; or just illiterate
#6 My correspondence with them is 50 messages now, some are lengthy. This is for claimed fee of $20 that they would earn on this transaction. No legitimate business can spend that amount of time. Also, their operations are not automated
#7 If they are really experiencing issues with Poloniex, let them present the proof here
#8 They use different Payoneer email, not the @gmail one: pay@zizitrading.com
#9 Their threads on this forum are locked for comments, to prevent scammed users like me from posting

The meme "Zizi Trading" from the Payoneer acc email is connected with Romania.
Scamadviser.com also says the BestBulkChanger website is operated from there.
Whereas it says Singapore on the website.

Google search for bbcwholesell gives result on http://www.nairaland.com/ - that's the only ad apart from here on this forum.
How could I not have paid attention to the country of that forum - Nigeria?
I did google "her" email in search of scam alerts!

I would really definitely do the same thing too and as you said why would use other service if there are sites which are more reputable than on the site have been mentioned aboved? You are just risking your money on that one and everything that you looks suspicious and shady then better to stay away directly on it if you dont really like to suffer unexpected things might happen.
