To be fair, they have been answering all feedback and critics.

Even the non constructive ones. Perhaps we should provide good feedback or ideas that go beyond demands like “fix the demand side”.

All valuable companies have taken many years to be successful and yet we demand them to be successful and have the token to moon in 1 year.

If you do not believe in the company do sell your tokens.

People is earning dividends and this is not a science fiction ico with a non working product.

the people demanding too much from the developers to the extent of developers putting up buy orders are those who are used to pump and dump, not believers in what the project can do,
It is a great resume of the situation right now.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Hi

My question was is it ok for the team to let the token fall 90% until marketing can start?

From an investment point of view. If I lock in my principal and a year late it is down 50% or more, why would I care about the yield?

The launch of the platform does not change that much seeing as we will eventually run out of properties to invest in and they appear to be in the same country.

The thing that changes the most is liquidity. All top coins engage in market making. I believe there was an effort before, but there is no point talking about 5% yields when the coin could be down 80-90% not after one year but TWO if no marketing is planned by that time.

We can not know what is going to be in the future, but we are sure that we are working hard to run the first global crypto real estate crowdfunding platform and increase the value of our token.

We will do marketing when we believe it makes sense to do so, and that is when we have the new version where everyone will be able to participate not only with Real tokens.

When the same there are many other platforms launched in blockchain but we don't see any price improvement by them but how far we can believe in your project. Real estate platform is booming one but how can you do a different level of marketing?

They have no visibility and price is down 80% with no volume for another half year. In the mean time, other projects grow and gain exposure. No protection of principal renders the yield pointless. It is not in the interest of token hodlers and just bargain hunters.

hmm... what we got here is quite difficult.

you invest in real estate, but in principal you are invested in crypto coins, because after they sold the property, you are going to receive your investment back in coins. so you get a stabil income out of the property and you are also invested in the crazyness of crypto market. i find it an interesting solution right now. Coins are very cheap.

from next year, 2019, its going to be different and coins are just the vehicle for your investments in real estate. although it is still going to be interesting, because you can sell your property during your holding time for cryptos. so still a very nice project going on here. it seems it is under cover and undervalued at present.

Sounds very interesting. If you don't mind me asking, how much did you get as your November dividends? And how many REAL tokens did you invest for it? It's pretty rare to have already a working product when you loot at all the ICOs of 2017.

Sounds very interesting. If you don't mind me asking, how much did you get as your November dividends? And how many REAL tokens did you invest for it? It's pretty rare to have already a working product when you loot at all the ICOs of 2017.

uhm...let's say that in about 12 months i will breakeven with what I spent on buying REAL in the first place

Why do you want KYC instant on the platform?

I mean ok i get it you are forced to ask one. But let me check it first, maybe i will like the system and invest in it later i can do a kyc. But after log-in, every menu send me to kyc page. And i don't want to make a kyc right now before i would like to use the system or not. And i believe you are chasing away lots of investors with this behaviour.

we have to wait until KYC process will be available for USA and other world parts. there is still a huge potential in this platform.

we have to wait until KYC process will be available for USA and other world parts. there is still a huge potential in this platform.

Do you know if they have plans to open their platform for US citizens? It seems pretty unlikely to me as long as their is all this uncertainty with the SEC and ICOs.

Hello, i'm new here, but if i right remember REAL was my first ICO. I have a question: NEXT YEAR if i buy a real estate with BTC i will recieve back BTC when the real estate is sold. If i buy with ETH i will recieve ETH. When i buy with REAL i will recieve REAL as described in this example:

Examples: If an investor invests 1000 REAL Tokens valued at 0.50$ each, he will be effectively investing $500. If a) the REAL Token grows to 1$ each, and there are $200 in profits, we will pay the investor 500 REAL (principal) + 200 REAL (profits). If however, b) the REAL Token goes down in price, to 0.25$ each, we will pay the investor 2000 REAL (principal) + 800 REAL (profits).

I think noboday will invest in 2019 with REAL tokens if the liquidity is so low, because if i want to sell my REALs to take "home" the gain, the REAL price will go down 30/40/50%+ with this book/liquidty.

But i have a question about the investments in 2018.

RPP bought with REAL, real estate is sold, gain payment in ETH and payment of the REAL invested? Only the gain is paid with ETH right?
What if i bought the RPP on the secondary market with lower price per RPP.

For example: Appartements in Phuket, original price 91 REAL per RPP = 91 USD per RPP. On the secondary market i can buy 1 RPP for example for 600 REAL. 600 Real now 0.12 USD = 72 USD.
I buy with discount. But how much REAL will i recieve when the real estate is sold? In 5 years? With the 2018 rules? 600 Real or 91 Real?

Another question: REAL is in Singapore or in St. Vincent and Grenadines?

I can help with one question (maybe), RPP go up and down based on the real estate price, I don't know what you mean for secondary market, you'll be able to trade RPP only on the Real platform since it's just their internal token

I really like the name, BlockReal and the new design is far more better then the current one. I have no doubt that they will deliver a great invetments platform (like they did till now btw)

usually real estate projects are difficult to achieve success, even though softcaps, many Real Estate projects that fail,
in IDEX, REAL do not have volume, the team should think about this
