I still do not have so much bitcoin that I could spend on buying real estate, but in the future because of the rapid price increase, I will definitely do it with my profit from bitcoin.
I think you do not need to use bitcoin to purchase real estate, it's an unnecessary job, if you want to make a profit, use bitcoin to trade altcoin. maybe its because bitcoin price is not yet increase too high so we can not buying real estate but I am sure that if bitcoin price is going to up until $10k, maybe we can bu real estate with our bitcoin and we don't have to use much of bitcoin to bought. if in the future bitcoin price is really expensive, then I think we can buy many thing with bitcoin. |

I am wondering how many of you are selling your bitcoins to buy something solid like real estate as backup investment? spread the eggs!
I also think this is a good idea. To invest on something tangible. Properties like real estate are solid and reliable, also in the course of time, the price gets higher and higher. I don't say bitcoin is less reliable but we know, prices of virtual currencies are unpredictable so we can't be sure. I believe there are rich people here who have invested in real estate already. |

I would love to trade to real estate using bitcoins if there is an offer. Real state business is stable because house & lot properties price are increasing every year. If you have a 1M$ property the price will be double every 5 years so it will become 2M$ in 10 years it become 4M$ how much more if it is a BTC?Beside generations by generation our children and our grand childrens will probably will need a house & lot for their own use that's why real state is also a best choice for BTC trading & investment too. |

The estate has its drawbacks. For example wear. In fact, real estate is getting cheaper every year, and the price of bitcoin is increasing. I think when people will understand the suggestions of real estate sales with bitcoin. The only problem is that very few people trust bitcoin.

At the moment, I would prefer bitcoin over real estate, given how much bitcoin has increased just in a few months time. Real estate is still a good investment, but it takes a while to flip compared to bitcoin which is very liquid and can easily be converted to fiat anytime. You might say that a real estate investment can double your money in 5 years, but bitcoin can do that in a year or less. You just have to be prepared for the volatility as it comes naturally with bitcoin. |

Only people having lots of BTC could try such an idea to sell bitcoins and invest in real estate since it needs huge investment.Even if had that much amount of BTC,then still i would prefer to hold my bitcoins since it would give me huge profits so that i could safely invest in real estate in future and still have more BTCs earned.Otherwise,my investment would get locked instead of giving good profits. |

Real estate is a safe investment, but for real estate investing requires a lot of BTC, have to trade btc in order to have more btc amount to be able to buy real estate.
Since Bitcoin prices went up a lot now and if one is holding bitcoins from last two or three years then now they should get a lot of money and can consider putting those profits in real estate. But it all depends on how much they had invested in bitcoins. In some countries they may not need a lot of money to buy a house for them it may be easy to buy a profit from bitcoins. |

I am one of those people who accumulate bitcoin to invest in other business like real estate because we don't know what the future of bitcoin will be so better to have a back up plan. Actually its not only real estate but I would also like to invest in agriculture as well like buying farmlands because many people in our place work in farm so it's good if I can help them by giving jobs to them. |

Real estate is pretty much unaffordable in most countries unless you are willing to buy a farm on the countryside which you cannot resell, cannot rent out, cannot do anything with apart from living in it yourself. But if you can somehow have the money to buy real estate i would at least own one house/apartment depending on your budget alongside your other investments such as bitcoin. So that even if you don't have a job in the future you can rent out at least the house partially to make some income. Just don't get yourself into too much debt with your mortgage. However, it's not a great move if you are in a country where real estate is just going up in a bubble. It's just not smart. Diversify into other things instead. My personal opinion is that diversification is good, but don't diversify into bubbles. |

Real estate is quite a good and solid investment to make besides bitcoin. At least you get hold of something to make profits from in case Bitcoin turn out bad tomorrow, though it’s less likely to happen. But if you’re investing/buying into real estate, you’re making a good choice. |

Honestly I already buy a Real estate using my earnings at my job and also on bitcoin. I've been at bitcoin in 2012 but been active at 2015 so i could say after 2 years i already managed to get a real estate. also i have a small business which i have my own worker and i am the manager. It's not easy but if you have a patience and hardwork you can do it.
