I am wondering how many of you are selling your bitcoins to buy something solid like real estate as backup investment? spread the eggs!
I'm already sold some of my bitcoin to buy real estate, but if you are looking for the exact number of the users that already bought real estate and it can't be determined. It is a safe investment and good to be your backup rather than use the insurance. That's a good investment mate. Me too, I would prefer to buy a land if my savings is already enough. I will not focus in one business alone. Real estate is a good back up of your present business. The price of a land is increasing with respect to time. It never depreciates and is a safe, profitable business too once developed and make it a subdivision. |

well I have not been able to do it because my bitcoin is not enough lol. but one day I also want to do it, as the warren buffet says: dont put all egg in one basket. well so for now I keep working hard to do it  |

I am just starting at earning Bitcoin so, no.
But given the chance that I already have, yes I would invest in real estate.
Cost of living increases and increases especially in urban areas having bug opportunites. It is getting hardet and harder to get houses and ptoperties so I woulf say it is a good investment.

Honestly, I will just be a realistic. My decision depends on my financial goal. If I reached my target then I have to sell my btc then trade it in a real state. I'm gonna make sure that my efforts and patience for hodling and selling my btc is worth the trade. That real state that im gonna buy is/are will surely be a good investment .

right now, I only trading bitcoin and altcoin but if I can make a big profit in cryptocurrency and I can save more money, I will buy real estate and will sell that real estate to make another profit. I am sure that I can do this because, in cryptocurrency, I can earn more profit in many coins so I think it will be good if I can save more money in my bank account first. and if the money is enough then I will take a look at the real estate because I see that the price of real estate will be increase from time to time.

Wow that is my dream to have a decent house for my family. I hope I can have one. Honestly, I am working so hard in here to attain this goal. I am glad to know that some of us here have their's now. How blessed are they that they know crypto world earlier. |

If I had sufficient Bitcoin in conformity with edit a buy in real estate virtue that after maybe I would think about it so an alternative because investment, but because of right nowadays that is truely not something I would stand able in accordance with work along the current volume of Bitcoin to that amount I have. I surely do not hold enough for a below price yet so would lie also less in imitation of pace within the investment completely beside my Bitcoin, agreement I used to be in conformity with attempt and give for the coast among just Bitcoin then now not in mixture along lousy currencies. As because of fall the eggs, while a honest idea, the housing need truly looks as such is of a bubble and there would greater than likely be a loss, as an alternative than a gain.

Most of the people selling their lands to buy bitcoins because they are just attracted by the huge growth rate but now the price of bitcoin is cheaper so it maybe the right time to invest on bitcoin because Normally the orice will recover at the end if April so this looks like the orices are recovering now.

No one knows how many people are selling bitcoin for the real estate. For me, trading bitcoin into real estate is a good idea. Properties like this is one of the stable investment and if I given a chance to have a more bitcoin, I will sell some to buy land property. |

This is a great option, bitcoin trading for real estate, we should always keep the security and real estate is the safest thing because the price is never like a roller coaster, and certainly divert investments into real estate is a good and wise choice.

If I tend to focus on one coin only because the opportunity to earn a big profit is guaranteed when prices are soaring and it makes the merchant happy after the effort to keep the asset from earning.

Actually having different type of investment like investing with real estate is a great idea. You could use up some of your profit from investing with bitcoin, buy some real estates and from there you could have an opportunity like being into business ventures. It is a great way to invest more, truly bitcoin is of great help fornis to become financially stable.

I am not buying real estate right now because I don't have much bitcoin and I still doing trading but in someday, I will buy real estate and I think it's a good business for me to start. I think with buying real estate, we can have another business in our real life so people out there will not think that we have much money from the wrong side. besides that, I think if we can invest our money in real estate, the price will increase double in the next year so if we sell the real estate, we can take a big profit.

I have a friend who did like this. I think that investment in real estate is the most reasonable choice not to lose money. I am going to trade and invest money in real estate as well as it is really smart decision

It will be a good move & decision, as by selling your Bitcoin to invest in real estate, you are actually creating an extra source of income. And as everyone knows that price of Bitcoin is not stable but from real estate, at least people will get stable & passive income no need to do any kind of job. But real estate investors need a lot of money everyone cannot afford but still can if they just buy a small apartment/shop & give it out on monthly rent basis & sell after 2-3 years.

I don’t have enough bitcoin to use in real estate investment, however I do have some properties which we brought from out savings. Cryptocurrencies are good investment but having a solid investment along with it is much more practical.

No one can deny that diversifying your investment fields is a good plan because if one of your investment crashs , others will make up for that loss and thus you'll avoid loosing it all if you are only invested in one field . And especially with the cryptocurrencies roller coaster of fluctuations , ups and downs , your backup plans should have backup plans themselves . As for me , i have already invested in some real estate where i live because the demand is always higher than the offer where i live since it's a very strategic city and very close to the capital and touristic destinations at the same time so renting the flat i have acquired is always easy and very remunerating . |
