I am wondering how many of you are selling your bitcoins to buy something solid like real estate as backup investment? spread the eggs!
Yes that's possible more investor have enough fund invested in bitcoin specially they started to invest last 2017 they would really gathered more profit and enough fund for investment in real Investment which is realty. but for now which is not good price value no investor have more potential to do that things for getting a good profit because of the stuck price of bitcoin so even if you sell youi stock its not wort it because of a low value when you sell it. |

You will not get the sum of all who do this. owning a business in real estate certainly is the desire of the people because it is quite safe and profitable. I do not have enough bitcoin to run a business, but will probably do so when my bitcoin is enough for this amount. |

income from trading bitcoin has given me changes. first year I has earned motorcycle. next year I has earned better replacement computer. and now I has earned house.
tarding bitcoin be able to used as an investment in real estate of course. But for real estate need substantial funds.
I do not think much interest but still will not depreciate. And using bitcoin would be helpful for buying some properties but I prefer to use fiat to buy because I do not want to miss any bitcoin. I think it's not a bad idea after all such real estate for me is still profitable because it appreciates from time to time. |

Well so I still focus on bitcoin and gold with both of them can be used to invest, but better bitcoin if you want to invest... Maybe after that i will do real estate for next.

it's a great idea, do Bitcoin trading and fortunately to buy real estate investment. because in any case, investment in real estate is safer than Bitcoin, although prices can not go up as high as Bitcoin.

i see the trend is growing and it is good for btc. it seems that such deals are still rare to talk of it seriously. me.. or those around me certainly do not buy estate for btc. may be sometime ))
You will not find many trades of BTC for real estate for several reasons first the acceptance of bitcoin around the world is still very low and second it is my belief there is still a lot of growth left in bitcoin so there is no point in selling your bitcoin right now when you can wait some years and sell for a much higher price and then buy whatever you want with your profits. |

I think that risks are everywhere but when investing in the real estate you take less risks than in any other business. The price of the real estate may be not stable as there are many factors it depends on. However, as for me, it is the best decision

I always try to diversify whole amount of my investments in cryptocurrencies, real estate, stocks and fiat money proportionally. That's why I always take profit from cryptocurrencies and buy real assets or hold in fiat.

you should invest your money in many assets as you can. Real estate just one of the way you handle your fuds and its a great way to have a monthly income from real estate! What do you guys think about Smart contract? Is the technology at enough level to buy the House via Smart contract?

As long as you have alot of money or bitcoin, you should invest them in different stuffs. But real state sure is a big one that you need lots of mone indeed but it's worth having one. |

I know stories and I have a friend who manage to earn just enough bitcoin, he sold it in exchange and convert to cash and purchase a property. I believe that there are so many people able to purchase real estate using their bitcoin earning. I personally able to use my bitcoin earning for our family's living expenses. Hopefully I could in the future buy real estate as well.

I don't judge people doing this because this idea might have some good results, real estates are like bitcoin as well it goes up in value and I think it does not depreciate that much as time goes by and for me it is worth the wait even if would take a long time to change in value.

Good to have bitcoin and then buy property for another investment but for me I need more time to work hard and earned more because the cost of property is very expensive.

In my own opinion i think its a good idea that you have a backup investment. Like real state. If i have too all iwant is to invest my money to have a real state investment. Its a good after a year. |

Others trade bitcoin for real state, some rather invest real state through bitcoin, much safer and much economical and more profit than the usual real state, although these are risky but for some this is a challenge for them

real estate relative safer than bitcoin that have volatile price.for some people its actually very risky to their money.and real estate almost zero risk except we deceived when buy it. |

I had a fair amount of money for me to trade bitcoin, so if someone wants to sell the bitcoin he owns in hand to real estate transactions then it is absolutely good and valid, also Individuals selling real estate to enter the digital money market

I think everyone has different needs and there are some people who sell bitcoins to buy real estate but of course it takes a lot of bitcoin to buy real estate, so maybe only a few people
