Trading Bitcoin for real estate?

Bitcoin prices are very low, if real estate is going up then I think you do not necessarily have to keep bitcoin. Because no one can anticipate the future of bitcoin in the near future how it will be.

I agree with you about the price. It is better to hold when the price is low then to sell it. I still believe in the perspective future of Bitcoin in our life.

I believe that at the moment of the bitcoin heat is no longer the end of 2017, you can see that bitcoin prices are continuously falling since reaching $ 19800. The crypto market is on the verge of falling into a recession as bitcoin prices have fallen nearly 70% of their value and consequently the decline of altcoin. So real estate is a better choice than bitcoin at the moment.

Well, i do not have yet enough to buy property but why not if i have much. But my brother did already bought lands and built a three storey house because of their Bitcoin investments. That is the real thing.

If you can afford, you should invest in both. Also, something like own house should not be compared with monetary investments.

We need to justified how well can we deal with this, as  investment wise we should always have a back up plans so just in case we failed from one part of our investment we still have another one to cover, real state can bring also good gain if we know which assets to buy in, while playing around crypto some other parts of our money can be use to buy good assets for long term goals, it's need some extra time and effort though.

Why not? Investing in real estate is one of the best investment that you can make, it is true that it cannot grow as fast as bitcoin but it can definitely keep up with inflation and if you invest at the right time you can get a lot of profits as well the only downside of investing in real estate is that it is very expensive and you will  not be able to buy too many properties unless you are very rich.

For me I would really choose to trade my Bitcoin for real estate because my kids could really use it in the future.

Because cryptocurrency has high volatility, it is very unstable!
Many people who make money in the cryptocurrency market will return to real life and buy a house to invest in real estate because the property is a very stable investment!
Don't take up half of your total investment in cryptocurrency!

And what is so problematic in such a contract? If everything is done in accordance with applicable law, both sides agree to it, there is no reason for such a transaction not to take place.

For me If you really have a decent amount of cryptocurrency like bitcoins then the best thing to do is just trade it for real estate and if you are patient enough to wait then you will really earn more profit through investing on real estate compared to bitcoins.
