Trading anything for real estate would be a wise decision considering the fact that real estate almost always increase in value over the years, so it would be a very decent idea to invest in real estate with proceeds from the sale of BTC.

Yes it is a wiseful idea to trade bitcoin for real estate because at least you have an additional income like making renting of your own real estate which your great asset came from your bitcoin investment proceeds. I think you aren’t getting those names and stories where people have successfully made the best moments of their lives just because of bitcoin. Yes, diversification is needed. But real estate is pretty risky in itself. Most probably another bubble is building in real estate sector. Property's rates are again rising above actual levels. This call for another big dump which might not happen in 1 or 2 year. But is a possibility in 5-7 years.

for the time being I have never sold bitcoin to buy real estate because I have not been able to trade bitcoin, because for bitcoin trading requires a large amount of capital if I want to get big profits ...

I already bought a house a few months ago using the income that i got from crypto, i don't buy it with investment as the purpose though as it is one of the primary needs. I agree that people should spread their investment outside crypto, it's no use to spread them all in crypto if the market crash like a few months ago.

And I am wondering why YOU, the OP, after so much time are still wearing the avatar of a notorious scam, the "C" scam.

Both are good and profitable businesses and can incur you good future return but Bitcoin is much advanced and internationally recognized and can be very easily converted into cash however the investment in real estate, though has low risk attached, but cannot be converted into money easily and thus had very low liquidity. There are factors which should be kept in mind before making such decisions.

Real estate is profitable but it takes a lot of years before the price will increase while cryptocurrency trading will make you earn more profit daily or monthly depending on how long you stay in the market looking at the prices.

Well I always believe that everything in this universe has its own charm and benefits along with cons. You can’t just compare two different things with differentiable pros and cons. Here, if we mark bitcoin as superior, it will lose the battel against real estate in security of investment and profits. But on other hand, profits are more in bitcoin than in real estate business.

Of course that is something that secures your future. Having a side business other than the Bitcoin investment is very important and using Bitcoin for that purpose is an extra benefit of the technology. It secures your future and allows you to have something your own that is not volatile and has rather a stable price and rising market value. But i think that The problem with buying or selling real estate with bitcoin currently — or any other cryptocurrency — are the massive fluctuations in value on a day-to-day, and even hour-to-hour, basis. trading is for a rich people only but now? ii can say cryptocurrency is the only one that all people tried to trade and to invest a good amount or small amount of money because of the trading sites theres a lot of markets now that people can buy and sell cryptocurrency so i think this trading is for real states.

In my country a nice house could be bought for like 10 btc in current prices.
Regrettably, I didn't manage to earn that amount of bitcoins and still live in my old flat, but if stars are lucky for me I will buy real estate in exchange for btc as soon as the circumstances allow me to do so.
