No one can tell you when you should invest in ICO. You need to do the research by reading the white paper. You should also look for competitors in the space. Doing research will eliminate most scams, but you can never be really sure. So, you should only invest the amount that you are willing to lose.
Investing can be as risky as trading or gambling when it comes to ICO projects. Nowadays no can tell how will the ICO be in the future. If it will be a success or if it just run as a scam. But the most important thing that a person can do to know if ever a project is a scam or a legit one is to do a research. From reading white papers, to knowing the team behind if you could trust them, if they treat investors that well and because of it being unpredictable, you should invest what you just can afford to lose.

Never go into ICO...

I went into Starta, Crypviser, Pillartoken, Corion, Dcorp, Bancor, Civic and a few other assholes, who are now lower in price than ICO price.

Nr.1 More than 50% of the time, the price you paid is higher and the price on the exchanges is below your buying price within a few weeks to months. People dump at first chance at trading...
Nr.2 You can't get your money, you must hodl if you don't want to fucking lose shit from hodling. If you have a trading option with 50% gain you have a dilemma, between should I accept losses and put it in something else or should I just fucking wait and let this opportunity go by!.
Nr.3 ICO's could be a scam. You could get completely robbed. Why this f'king risk.. When it comes on exchanges anyway, and also cheaper... WTF!!!

Nr.4 You can buy the ICO at a lower price when it comes at exchanges more than 50% of the time. Except for EOS and Fucktoken, they went up instead of down.

Nr.5 Welllll. ICO a waste of fucking time. You could rather study current coins and their roadmaps.

90% of so called companies issuing ICO's are fake.

They have no product or services to promote. Just collecting money from users for their own gain.

The tokens you get in exchange are worthless.

But there are also 10% of those who are doing it for real purpose.

Just research about the service before deciding for yourself.

The reality is you to have to do your research. After that see if their is a bonus period, or  opportunities to make bounties. You add a couple bounties in with your investment and the coins price starts to get a lot cheaper. The big problem is when you are involved with a big project, they will have a large bounty program. A lot of those people dump, so you get a big dip in price. If you are willing to hold long term then ICO's are fine. The quick flips are getting harder and harder with pre-mined coins.

Hello everybody i want to know when i should invest during ICO. how i identify that coin will be Success in ICO or failed? And how to know any coin will not be scam? please clearify me these question.

It's hard to identify your success or failure in ICO, and also knowing if it's a scam or not is a hard thing to do.

Let me just give you one of the Pros and Cons of investing in ICO.

Pros:
Some people get rich thru investing in ICO.
Cons:
You would probably won't be one of them.

As an advice it is wise to never commit more money than you can afford to lose. Investing in something always involves risks but then again risking also includes having more opportunities. You should always be mindful of what you're doing for you to become successful. Best of luck out there!

Out of 10 only 1 or 2 ICO will be good for investing in ICO but most of them always go down the price of ICO and even investing in ICO and then waiting for the coins and then waiting for the exchange listing will be so late that the cost of ICO investment goes high. So it is always advisable to buy in the market after it get listed and wait for some time and see the performance and then buy it. Because most of the ICO get dumped hardly as soon as it get listed in exchange as bounty hunters and bonus ICO investors will mostly dump the coins.

Hey sujonali1819! It’s perhaps a timely move given for the ICO market that is based on the blockchain industry, and where there is a complete lack of a reliable set of criteria for the evaluation of new platforms and making the decisions on whether to invest or not. You should start by collecting the information on blockchain projects piece by piece on various sources, companies’ websites and discussion forums, where each participant expresses their subjective viewpoint to make the further decision. Hope that helps!

You can atleast skim out the scammers from real deals by reading their whitepapers, and knowing the people behind the project. But some really good scammers are behind some ico than it is hard to see the real ones. So investing in ick is really risky but if you got the right one, you can have a really good profit.

It is pretty though to identify ICO's that will be scam or not so to spot one, first look st their public relation skills because most of the time those who lack this becomes scam in the end. Also look at the roadmap of an ICO, and their team because sometimes it determines what is scam and what is not. By doing this, it would lessen the chance of you being scammed by an ICO.
if you can understand the programming code,it would be more easy to know if it's scam!
but always we only basic on whitepaper, team, roadmap to find out the question in the project

It depends on how you look into that ICO. You should make investments in the ICOs that have real projects, that products real things. That's how you make sure it's not scamming you. By the way, you should invest early to get ICOs bonuses, that will make you earn more profits with that ICOs.

Investing on ICOs is quiet a gamble as of these days unlike on older days which you can able to see potential coins which do really have future unlike as of now they are popping out everywhere. Finding a coin which do have potential might be hard because even if you do see their roadmap, whitepaper, dev transparency we cant still be sure if the project would be a successful one.

There's too many ICO to choose to,unlike before that only few and almost easy to identify if legit. Now it's too hard now since scammers were really good seems they planned it well.

Right now many ICO's are giving good profit to the investors but at the same ICO's failing to give profits to the investors. At the same time, we have to be very careful when investing into ICO's. It completely depends on basis of the community where people are spreading the word.

For this, read the whitepaper, check if the team is active or not, what their website looks like, etc. Most of the time ICOs are serious, but there is a few exceptions.

To understand if a project is scam, team is the only criterion, you should check every profile from team if they are real and known people but however it might be a scam even if everything looks good.
