Oh guys, whatever will happem, no one can believe me that your mixer is really mixer and not a shit scam. Cmon man, you create website with very known name: Bitmixer. And you do this after they closed. Changing .io to .co don't means you are like new company.
Don't want to be rude but I think this thread must be closed and removed. Site which claims to be safe mixer and uses another mixer's name, isn't something to trust.

Not necessarily. I do agree that it is a shady business practice as I explained in my previous post in this thread, but it could also purely have been named the same for the business part of it-- that is garnering all the previous BitMixer uses. What I am warning about is mostly that this should be considered a completely new unrelated service and that previous customers should not get confused. Sure, the liability might not fall directly on BitMixer.co's lap, but they do know what they are doing and whether they want to clear it up on their website or not is strictly under their control. That is really the only part of concern. Their legitimacy as a mixer is still to be tested, but so far it is not tainted since no scam accusations have appeared. Once some feedback comes in, the situation might change. It is too early to call it a scam.

The signature campaign posters adding useless redundant fluff to their posts to reach their minimum word count are lowering my IQ.

Trust cannot be created by naming your service the same as competition.
Naming your new service the same as old and reputable service is done to trick potential users to trust you.
Trick is Chipmixer.io or .net mate, there is no competition, the previous Bitmixer is no longer in business, so it's not considered fooling trick.
Old Satoshi is no longer is business, so it does not fool anyone to impersonate him?

Imagine google decided to stop their search engine website and after some days someone comes and says: google.io is new and trustful search engine service.
Is this logical? We don't have to see scam accusations for proofs, it's worst situation because someone loses huge amount and everything becomes clear after that.
That's all I wanted to say.

Yeah, and I agree with you for the most part. As I mentioned, this is mostly a deceiving technique used to obtain the previous customers of BitMixer.io. Where I disagree with you is that it is hands down a scam. It may not be one, as fishy as it could sound. That could just be their business plan for obtaining customers. And of course, anyone putting any significant amount of bitcoins into this mixer definitely sounds like a terrible idea, but I doubt anyone with a significant amount of money would use this mixer instead of a reputable and trusted one like ChipMixer. We can still just wait and see what happens. It is still not a good enough reason to close the thread. Even confirmed scam services do not have their threads closed.

Bitmixer.co was first an investment in domain names. Then i came up with the closure of bitmixer.io and I thought to start this service.

Unfortunately I have bigger fish to catch for business so i stopped the website and will keep back on with a new backend script to manage the mixing when i'll have time.

I'm in no need to scam anyone and I was just trying to offer a service with a recognisable brand like name. I'm not stealing anything to anyone.
If bitmixer.io would still be active I would have never started the project.
