As of now the best president for me is the president of the Philippine Republic Rodrigo Dos Duterte. I think he is the best president now the very influential president in the world. Almost all the leaders know about him. Even the Philippines is not so large country but with his leadership he role with an iron  hand and now Philippines going well little by little.

This is the best description of this man, 90% of his salary is going to charity, he lived in his house on village where he lived before he become a president, his presidential residence he used just like his office. Moscow and Peter accounts for close to 20% of the population. And the other regions are not that bad. Most of the people can be described as middle-class with less than 10% classified as poor. Well, I guess you should ask yourself how this poverty would be if you still had someone like Eltsin instead. Statistics about average age don't lie. Had you still a Eltsin-like president there you would probably be even poorer and for sure die at least 10 years earlier on average (at least, because if things don't get better, they usually tend to get worse)
