That's right. This is the lowest price for the preSale. On ICO we'll start from 0.002 ETH and will be constantly raising (doubling) it after every 5% sold after the first 20% is sold. This would serve as a kind of brake system instead of ordinary cap and an effective mechanism to rise the token price.
