How should I go about submitting articles?
Should I Pm the bounty manager before posting it and receive approval?
Or can I post, and then submit later?

When I write articles for a campaign I like to do more than 1. Depending on the length of Ico I would probably do more.

You submit each article URL (page address) to our STeX Award page https://stex.exchange/bounty
You don't need to contact us to submit each article
You don't need to PM the manager, our AI automatically calculates all the stats and adds stakes. The more quality articles you submit, the more stakes you get in the bounty, the more traffic each articles brings, the more your stake gets.

We will officially announce this in this thread. Officially it is until the end of September. There's a chance we may end sooner when reach our hard cap. We are nearing a 1 mln raised

Yes, but you can loose a bit of a stake based on counting traffic from your article. But if you submit it on the next day or two, it's ok
