Yes, of course. I listed all the options in the thread's header. You can use FB, Twitter, Steemit, Medium, Youtube and any other resourse which will attract people to STeX. Any. The more viral you will make it the more traffic it will get. The more ETH/STE you will get in return

Agree with @NetFreak199, it's pretty common on other bounty campaigns. Although your Polish translator is very active on local forum thread, I'd be happy to help with other translations, like full FAQ or website.
