It is hard to predict that for anyone but I am quite optimistic about bitcoin so $10k seems possible within next 1-2 year. Price might cross $5k within this year so if you can than hold all your bitcoin and keep buying more bitcoin so that you can cashout by end of 2018 at $10k per bitcoin rate.

To touching 10k dollars value will still take a long time and it looks like it will take 2 to 3 years or even 5 more years. Bad possibilities can still happen, but I not think there will a big dump happened. So let's just wait and continue to believe on bitcoin, holding bitcoin until the next few years is a good choice.

I believe that it is about to happen not this year. But I have some confidence that we can see that early first quarter of 2018. And if that's not going to happen next year for sure we can come with it on 2019. A lot of factors that are affecting bitcoin but if that will happen this year that's unexpected but that is great!

the true statement is "bitcoin can reach 10K" not "will reach" in my opinion.

in my experience price is all about the supply and demand. of course there is manipulation and bubbles, pumps, and a lot more but all of these are too small compared to supply and demand.
the supply is obvious, and is the total number of coins and it is a very small number in comparison.
the demand is the new people who start buying bitcoin and the old people buying more to add to their stash. and as bitcoin is adopted more and as it becomes legal in new countries and as new merchants adopt it,.... price goes higher and higher.

so far all this has happened but it has been a very small percentage of the total potential that bitcoin really has. which is why i said it can reach 10K because it has that potential for growth.

Bitcoin definitely will reach $10.000 marks or even more in the future,
and if you're asking about the date,lets make a speculation :
Today price we can see Bitcoin hit $3200 marks and let assume it in the end of this year we will see $4000(lets talk about it without hardfork and another split,it's pure Bitcoin movement),
in 2018 early~mid Bitcoin slowly moving upward and we can see Bitcoin prices hit $5500~6000 marks and repeat again in the future.
So,in my opinion if we keep doing this we will see it around early 2019ish or mid 2019ish.

for 2020 i am expecting $15.000 marks because we will see another halving and in early 2020ish  we can see huge bullrun

I think the price of 10,000 dollars will happen maybe next year or in the year of 2019 because that price is very high and I think it takes few years to reach that. And I think they need a lot of new investor to invest in bitcoin so that price we reach. If that happen for sure we earn a lot of profit in the future. We need a lot of patience if you want to see bitcoin price reach 10,000 dollars. More bitcoin more money to come.

According to me the price will reach $10,000 by the end of next year or in the start of year 2019. The increase in demand highly point in that direction. With various merchants accepting Bitcoin, mainstream media covering Bitcoin and countries making it legal, popularity rate is increasing and so does the demand when the supply is limited. Thus the price is set to increase with a good speed.

True or not true.Fact is nobody can predict what's going to happen in the future.
I believe Bitcoin's upside potential is much bigger than the risk to fail. However this risk still is big compared to other investment possibilities. $10.000 is possible. It could happen pretty soon if we should get into another crazy bubble run like in 2013! If that is not happening I believe halving 2020 is the time where this price level can be reality at the latest.

I understand that people get excited by current increase, but it's always a better option to remain conservative while we still haven't dealt with the scaling drama yet. This year November we will experience a very crucial moment due to the planned hard fork - even more crucial than has been the case with the 1st of August that a lot people here were worrying about. If we manage go walk through this event without any issues (i.e no chain split), I am quite confident that we'll be hitting the $5000 level this year. $10,000 is just too much to happen within the current year. Next year, or ultimately the year after that will be perfectly okay for me. No need to rush things - stable growth is always better than peaks that mostly don't last very long.

We're already 1/3 of the way there, and there's no end in sight for fiat.  Maybe
for Venezuela,  but not any of the others.  Never would have thought we'd be in the
nosebleed seats like we are now.  So I think we could hit $10k by the middle of next
year...if we don't collapse.  If demand stays high.  If bitcoin doesn't get outlawed. 
There are too many ifs, but by next year I think it's doable.

Transaction speed is of course important, but I think nowadays people refer to bitcoin as "money" but rather as a means of savings, like gold.

Its possible to hit up that price but we shouldnt still think on this price point because we are still on 3k price range and for this year i would speculate between 3k-4k price and beyond on it would be possible but on such movements it wont really reach out soon. No one could able to give you the exact answer on here since we are on speculation board
