I am 33. I started swimming this summer, and going to the pool for 2 days a week. I used to swim only in summer holidays before.
I am planning to maintain going to pool and learn different techniques
Do you think this is late for learning professional technique and have a fit body?
How do you think this will affect my health and body?

If you do not smoke and does not practise upon an alcohol, then engaging in swimming not late. Swimming will be very useful to your organism. Main not to overdo.

It is never late to have a fit body and swim. I see lots of people looking very fit after their 40s and 50s. Just keep working hard.

I believe this is an excellent exercise and stress reliever from daily routines. If you maintain the consistency and also add in a healthy diet, your body and mind will be at the best shape at your age. In addition, if you have done this before at a younger age, perfecting the technique will not be much of a problem just the motivation to retain the routine. Good luck on the swimming schedule!

Classes in the pool is the best option to keep your body in shape at any age. While swimming works large muscle group. You can of course replace this equipment, but it will always be more expensive and complicated.

This is not to late. Swimming is a good choice, but why not going to gym? Gym is the best you can do for all of your muscles. It brings faster and better strong muscles. But swimming is second-best. So don`t talk, just jump in the water.

I rarely drink, and of course not before swimming. 1 hours each day, 2 days in a week seems definitely not overdo, isnt it.

I'm swimming regularly, and it really helps me to keep fit and keeps the back pain away from me. I'm thinking to cash out some bitcoins to get myself a apple watch 2.

relation between apple watch 2 and swimming? Maybe he needs to buy a new one because he wore the other one while swimming.

33 is nothing. I've seen guys in their 50s and 60s swimming at the pool as if they were in their 20s. Don't overdo it when you start out, eat plenty of food with adequate electrolytes and protein.

Eating some food before exercise can promote the body's absorption,it's very good for your body

Swimming is really good anytime. And 33 is good time to start, you are young, don't hesitate about it! Combine swimming with gym and right nutrition and the result can be very beautiful

If you don't have any health issue it's never late to start moving and get fit, although becoming a professional may be out of your reach. You should also run one day in the week.
