I think this is already a big sign that Trump is losing in the election race.

Trump is almost out of the race at this point though he is still has small chances to win this one as long as luck favours him like crazy which I doubt will happen.

If Biden takes Penn or Georgia or Nevada, he will end up winning comfortably while Trump would have lost by a decent margin. Nevada is the center of attention currently.

It all comes down to the mail-in votes most likely in these swing states. Biden all the way!

Biden has a great chance in this election, with Nevada the limelight right now I'm sure Biden can outperform him. Trump only sees this as cheating but I believe it will become valid once the vote is counted in the mail.

Yeah he's near to claim the victory and I don't think trump can catch up since for sure many want a change of leadership, but I don't believe there's a cheating happened it's just trump cannot accept his lost.

We cannot tell yet if there's an effect in the economy since we don't know what policy or others will Biden implement once he sit on his office once  he successfully take the seat.

My point of concern is that how will stake settle the bet for this US election.

That is indeed difficult question. We will let our odds provider settle this bet for us. But that being said we are speaking with them every day to stay in the loop about what is happening.

Bottom line is that ur market is called "Next president" so this bet shouldn't be settled until next president is declared. I doubt it will go to court and even if it does it probably won't change anything we will see. It is too close to call the winner now and there is definitely a lot of uncertainty surrounding this election.

If Biden gets a total of 270 electoral votes. The current votes are 264 for Biden and 214 for Trump but having that said, Trump is likely to ask for recount for certain states.
It's already part of his to ask the SC to have the vote recount.

 For everyone who keeps wondering when the bets will be credited, I can't talk on behalf of stake but I can tell you as a person who is personally involved in politics as a business, I can tell you that there is a big chance it will not be officially declared for a while. Nobody can guarantee what will happen, maybe in an hour Trump will come up and say he lost and congratulate Biden and step aside? We all know that is very doubtful but at least we know that if there is no court ruling required for this election, it could be quicker.

 However the reality is that, Arizona and Wisconsin will probably get a recount and there will probably be some Supreme Court requests to intervene by Trump as well, which I assume will take about two weeks at least and if they want to postpone as much as possible they could just postpone giving a verdict as well. So at the end of the day we will not know what will happen anytime soon if things continue down this path. It will be either easily known today/tomorrow or it will be about 2-3 weeks to get the "official" results.

 Obviously when the results are not yet official and nobody gets the presidency for sure, sportsbooks can't be giving you your money just yet, it is really not that smart to credit gamblers with something that has unofficial results just yet, what happens if court rules that Trump won and changes Arizona to him? To be perfectly honest with you I do not think that there could be any type of changes by the looks of it. I get that official results needs to come but I have no idea what the legal path to be taken here that could change anything. I agree that stake and all other sportsbooks has to give some time and wait for the official ones which means we may need to wait more than a month if you ask me, if what happened in 2000 repeats that was almost Christmas when the decision was made and that is why I am not sure if things go south the results could be nearly 1.5 even 2 months to be decided.

However 2000 was a bit different, it was too close to call, whereas this is already right? Like if there is no sudden influx of ballots from anywhere to anyone, as long as things go on like this, I do not see a path that could change anything right now, it looks like things will probably stay exactly the same for all places. Maaaaybe PA changes to Biden, maybe Georgia too, but at the end of the day he wins without them too, but I do not see Trump changing any of Biden's. So, yeah we technically do not have the results yet but I do not see any way that could lead Trump to victory. It is either going to be 270-268 Biden victory or even a bigger margin Biden victory.

^The funny part about what Trump was trying to do ; he tried to stop Michigan count because "voter fraud!!" but he wanted Arizona and Nevada to be keep counted. If everything ends like this, he loses, if there is continuation, he loses, there is no scenario where he can win anymore.

Plus, no matter how many times you count the ballots again and again, you are not closing that gap, which means either he wins with the late arrival ballots becoming in favor of him in one state, or he loses, there is no path to victory on the finished states. In any case, the real trouble begins when everything is settled and Trump goes to supreme court, dude literally appointed his own puppets there and even if it is something illegal thing to do, when supreme courts deems it legal, they could do anything that would help them win.

I always feel like betting on elections can be hectic and it again got proved this time as the odds swing all the way to 3.00 and even more on Biden to even 8-9 odds on Trump. I am not following it neither made any bets on it but the talk always goes on in stake chat about the probable winner and I heard some guys are even doing arbitrage on it as the odds swing both ways as I said.
