One thing he should be aware of, sending multiple emails without a reply in between brings absolutely nothing and only makes the waiting time longer since every new email moves him back to the the end of the line. Anyway, sounds like an annoying case and I hope this will get resolved quickly.

First, I'm quite pleased with the way the OP shared his experience here, as I found it well-presented, and at the end, he expressed his disappointment, which I felt was perfectly justified.

I agree with you that there needs to be evidence presented so everyone can assess what actually happened. If we only look at the OP's claims through the key points presented, I don't think it can be relied upon as a reference, as it seems like a one-sided claim.

The only thing I did was deposit Solana from my Binance to Stake, and play blackjack. Literally this. I don't use VPNs, proxies, or anything like this. I am playing on my home network, from a non prohibited jurisdiction. I have absolutely no idea what could be suspicious about this.

It started with me playing Blackjack with SOL/USD. Then I started getting issues where I couldn't open the game. I asked support, they told me this:

Now, can you share maybe a discussion while you're chatting why you cannot withdraw and the reason from them? It's not fully conversation. Cause your screenshoot chats ended you're asking and not the asnwer from their part.

Checked my disabled Stake account today, and they have now removed all my winnings from the blackjack session, reset the balance to my deposit, and withdrawal is still disabled. They literally stole all my winnings AND my initial deposit can't be withdrawn. This is absolutely crazy.

Card Counting is not a crime, as long as the count is using our brain and not a machine or cheating device. In US laws or the Gaming Commission, Card Counting is not a crime; they already explained this. Most of Card Counting is not being banned due they count but mostly casino will try to use a reason "We are not welcome you here, and please leave" by using Private properties.



Also, Online Casino is not possible to be card counter. I just notice it now. I thought it was easier since I’m focus on the Sugar Rush mechanics but the 8 same tiles to complete a win is indeed makes harder since in Sugar Rush it only requires 5 same tiles to win.

Yes, I do this sometimes but I don’t feel changing currency because I don’t like guessing how much is my bet and profit while it’s inconvenient to do manual convert while playing just to determine the value in that currency.
