Something curious happened to me two nights ago while I was on Stake and decided to play blackjack (the Stake's original version), I did not have money to wager but I still felt like playing a bit, so I decided to play for fun, wagering zero dollars with each hand. Funnily enough I managed to win three times in a row, scoring high numbers near twenty one which the machine could not defeat.
At that point I regret not having any money left to actually gamble and multiply my money. But that is how it works... Luck comes when you least need it.

Has something like this ever happened to you when you decide to play casino games for fun only?
How frustrating was it in your opinion?

I haven't had that experience and it would be great I have it to know what I would think of myself not using money when by the result of my gambling it felt like the right time to have stake actual cash.

This things do occur and sometimes I think it's just the casino messing with our head so we can use the money we initially didn't want to use to gamble. Because tell me why on earth will I use zero dollars to bet and  make high numbers in a row and just when I decided to use money it's turn to be a loss.

The curiosity to win by all means has been the reason why we have been making loses. When you gamble with a free mind without having the urge of winning bets by force, you could become be surprised of making more profits than when the mindset is tensed and you want to make money after every attempt.

I am very sure that if you have bet with your bankroll, you must have been curious on how you want to get quick results that will lead to profit and that might not be too good for you, reducing the luck that could have enhanced your profitability.

It was easy to find out those messages from the mailbox, I have used the keywords pre-monthly and post-monthly to find out them. It only took a few minutes to write down those dates.

BTW, today I have found that Stake has sent me an exclusive Champions League bonus yesterday. I have received $15 from the bonus and turned it to $220 and made a withdrawal successfully. Looks like Stake is trying to make me active again by giving the exclusive bonuses and blessing my account with some luck .

Mostly transactions is getting out by the hacker, and what reason hacker deposit to your account. Cause hacker is always making outside transaction not deposit, plus quite weird to verify your accoount based transaction history.

Could be those one of the factor, but usually they can just match based on ID or data account has been verified with Level 2.

I also had to communicate with the support service once at stake.com due to the fact that I had BUSD tokens on my balance, which I could not withdraw. At first, they made template responses as if I didn't understand anything, but still it wasn't rude.

If the account is a high level account, the hacker might decide to deposit and wager in other to get rewards. The stake employee is supposed to know the difference between a compromised account and an account where the user wants to change his email. For a compromised account, asking for screenshots is unnecessary.  A selfie or video with his id would have been more appropriate

Wait a minute, how did the hacker manage to push transactions through with your account in t he first place? Don't you have two security factor activated on your account, so you would be asked to type a secret code before sending tips or withdrawing money outside of the account?
I hope you had that security setup activated, otherwise you could be up for a very bad time and lose all the money you had deposited on stake.

By the way, how did they hackers get your account credentials? Did you get fished or something?

He got hacked means he probably got phished. stake should know that changing emails and account compromise are 2 different issues.   he shouldnt be asked to send screenshots of a transaction a hacker did. where is he supposed to get that?

Last time I contacted with Stake support in other to recover access to an account they were pretty straight forward and gave the option to sign a cryptographic message with one of the addresses I used to deposit money into the account, as a proof of ownership, I don't know whether that continues to be an option, if so, then perhaps he could try to contact support through email and provide such proof of ownership to the administration of the casino.

If he got hacked or fished, then he should elaborate on the method scammers used to get him, so people in this thread (who specifically have stake accounts) can be extra careful not to fall for those scams.

Exactly. Also when they are asking for recent transactions they mostly mean deposits, which he can provide easily since he still has access to his wallet I assume. Stake accounts getting hacked happens doesn't happen so often, at least I never read about it. Everybody should always have 2FA activated, that would prevent these things and make it more secure. Also, he mentioned phishing, I suspect he might have fallen for one of the adds on telegram. Chasing those "too good to be true" offers is obviously never a good idea.

But there is nothing rude in here. I am working as a moderator, handling ticketing in my project, and this is most basic response type or text:
1. He giving statements what they needed
2. He saying sorry
3. He clossing the ticket.

TBH, once the ticketing already in several discussion, submision request and other. Every project and other must taking action or conclusion for the ticket or issue otherwise the ticket is going to circle and to much resource handling every into one single ticket.

That's not post monthly bonus, as what he said above that it is monthly crypto reward which is something different to post/pre monthly bonus.
As far as I know this bonus is offered for specific region only because what I found in the stake forum, most users who received this bonus are coming from India.

I think they know what they are doing by not revealing how it is calculated so that it won't be gamed.
