if you read what the guy said, u will notice that they are asking him to provide screenshots of transactions not made by him. i dont see that as a conclusive case.
when issues like this arise, stake is supposed to verify the owner of the account using the verifed passport or id. at this point i feel its almost useless doing the level 2 verification. its either the person responding to him cant read or its a bot or they are the ones behind the hack. eddie and other top stake employees need to look into this.
this means the documents of their customers are not safe.

Lets assume its a plat 4 account that requires 5% to complete it. Hacker depos and wagers the remaining 5% and gets a level up bo us of more than 3k usd, gets reloads, gets weekly bonus, gets monthly bonus and other bonuses. Go do the maths. Or you think they are hacking bronze accounts?

In local groups some users get bonus offers but they don't have the budget to complete it and are looking for other users to complete it with the agreement the bonus is 50:50  well in this scenario the jockey takes over the account and takes all the bonuses including the account so the real owner loses access, this is an example in a local group  yeah this is my personal opinion of course we don't know the real scenario, do you think this makes sense?
