Marx's likeness is definitely out of any and all limits worldwide because he has been dead for a very long time.
Lenin who also seems pictured has been dead for over 100 years.

Soviet art and similar art styles probably were never copyrighted or trademarked anywhere in the west and even if they were, the soviet union has for long been dissolved so there's probably no one to pursue rights against anyone using a similar style.

Well, if you see a slot using recent intellectual property though, you can be sure there's some agreement between the rights holders and the game makers.

AFAIK they usually changed the name or alter the image to avoid copyright but on this case I don’t have an idea since this is new to me.

Yes, it should be intellectual property for his family if it complies with the rules, but we don't know whether the developers paid or not for the name and image of Karl Marx, who is a famous philosopher with his Marxist ideology. Most probably they have frozen your account for the inactivity of 12 months. Multiple accounts could be a reason too. Why don't you clear your doubts by asking their support?

i sent them the transactions i made and told them the other transactions after the date i lost access to me account wasnt made by me but all they kept asking for is screenshot of the transactions made after i lost access to my account. to elaborate it here is a screenshot  of the message i sent. if a complain like this is raise up and the user is giving them exact details of his passport used to verify the accout, ip address and device, i expect them to lock the account and do a thorough verification that involves a video if necessary

Would you mind to attach a screenshot of their replies where they ask you to provide a screenshot of your recent transaction?
Assuming your claim that your account is real and you have told them that you started to lose an access to your account since 1 specific date, it is a bit surprising if they ask you to provide something that is impossible to do.
Do you have a VIP host already? If you have one, have you ever tried to ask VIP host about your case?
If you use the same username in Stake as the one you use in Jacksclub, I just checked the same username "qwer" in Stake and it does exist an account with this username which was registered in 2017, is this your account?

At this point, I don't trust the security team in stake because this implies that if someone hacks any user account, all the hacker needs to do is make a few transactions, and stake will automatically reject any queries by the real owner to reclaim it.

The type of id verification here is not one where you will be asked to submit an id. It's the type of verification where you are asked to send a selfie of you holding your passport with a specific thing written on a sheet of paper, or a video of you holding it with dates written on a piece of paper. No hacker can do that, and it makes no sense for a user to complain that his account is hacked and stake still allows it to run.
From the screenshots above. He stated when he lost access to his account. Asking him to send transactions that were done after the time he lost access to his account is dumb if you ask me.

As a diamond player on stake, I find this attitude by the security team very questionable. It means if someone gets hold of my account, I have almost zero chances of getting it back

I mean, If his stake account getting hacked. Why not just forget password, that's all cause the emails of the account cannot be change. I already check, you cannot change emails for the account.

I was scrolling through stake one night I felt bored and I found that game which had a rather silly thumbnail, so I decided to give it a try, it is a game which is obviously referencing Donald Trump in a silly cartoonish style, and it is similar to plinko.
Unfortunately, I could not get high multipliers so I stopped after a while, but it got me curious about how animations and bonuses could look like.

Has anyone here gotten some good multipliers on that game or would you recommend me to forget about it and just go for other different experiences?
