I’ve got this countdown too on my post-monthly email. I thought this is just another promotion for monthly subscription bonus but it seems something is brewing for VIP members.

How can I change my email? Not able to contact support, email support doesnt exist anymore. Its just FAQ now which doesn't answer my question.

The only ways is contact them.

Could be these action only work, If your account being verified. They could be asking you to verifiy first via emails recovery and match those from the account are linked with your data. Sometimes is not guarentee either, they could be denied the request due security reason.

This is correct approach. Contacting them via recovery@stake.com to request for change email address is the only way to possibly do this.

Yeah everyone got that obviously. No need to get our hopes up for something good though. I got 3 things in mind what it might be. 1st: announcement for the xmas promotion, 2nd: some wager race 3rd: increased VIP progress (maybe 1.2x again) until the end of the year. I think number 3 is the most likely but of course it's just a shot in the dark and it can be a million other things. We will find out in less than 24 hours.

Actually I'm not sure about double monthly but if we refer to December - January, yes it is possible between December 15 and January 1
It's true what you say, now here everything requires deposits and wager so we don't need to expect more if we are not active users, the situation is different if they have wager statistics like @memehunter I mean he will get other advantage. By the way just a reminder that December is a great time to chase new VIP levels because there will be more returns through several bonuses.

yeh, it is the classic promotions that we have seen multiples times in the past, I was hoping a $1k bonus and wager $1k type of promotion  

It is a raffle system again, the winner who has the deepest pockets wins scheme again. Im just going to sit this one out and wait for other casinos they might have a better promotions soon.

These "missions" require everything, from a 300$ deposit, plenty of wager on garbage slots, some wager on sports and so on and so on. I mean who came up with this one I wonder, nobody asked for this. Basically it's the same formula as usual, stake announces something and the result is underwhelming.

About the poker tournaments, I think this "Black Friday edition" doesn't change much. Unlikely there will be an overlay on the price money since just more people will register. Buy-in is half but player amount doubles -> harder to get into the money because more people to play against.

9 missions to complete for a guaranteed $100, of course this amount is not worth the risk while trying to complete the 9 missions. Maybe the best scenario is to complete few missions that we like only to get few tickets and hoping for the miracle to come on the draw Honestly, raffle based promotion like this is not something that like so even if I am still actively playing in Stake, I think I will not try to participate.

Stake has entered it's later stage of life, as all casinos that follow the same trajectory do, for reasons i honestly do not know, aside from greed, of course. Stake's active player base has increased 30% this month and they were already first in the world out of any other online casino, by quite a margin to the second place site in terms of monthly users, bet365. And theyve by far the worst black friday promotional i have come across among the larger casinos.

The people running these casinos end up so rich that the only priority they have is becoming richer. There's a psychological reason behind it, though im not well-versed at all on the topic, i just read it in different forms throughout the years. It isnt the expected 'norm' by any means, but there is a scientific explanation for it. It's crazy to me, really. They cannot surely actually think numbers will sustain, regardless of what way they treat customers.

I personally have cut my play on stake down a heck of a lot since ive reached platinum, because unless you are presumably a millionaire, the vip system becomes complete and utter ass. My next 'milestone'is just under $750,000 away. Like, who in their right mind came up with that? To reach platinum its $250,000 wagered, so how have the wallies figured 3x that total is a good follow-up target.

Not to mention, the hate that it incites among players when these types of nonsense practices are occurring is immense, and it will cause a sharp decline in users once they peak out, which hasnt happened yet, actually the opposite, but watch, im telling you. It will be glorious.

History tends to repeat itself, and if you look at casinos that have had similar status as stake, albeit not to the same magnitude, but they all tend to follow the good ol' boom then bust trajectory.

I’m fuckin done with stake, the filth, and honestly, I think anyone who’s been paying attention should feel the same way.

Stake is raking in massive amounts of money (some estimates suggest that 2024’s GGR could hit the billions) -that’s millions flowing through their platform every single day. But what do we actually get in return? Token raffles, minuscule tournament prize pools, and “bonuses” that barely make a dent unless you’re betting your life savings. It’s downright ridiculous.

They love to flaunt their weekly bonus totals (you’ve probably seen those numbers on telegram), but even if that figure looks impressive at first glance, it gets spread thin across millions of users, with half of it funnelled into raffles where only a handful of people walk away with anything substantial. That’s not generosity; it’s just for show. Meanwhile, poker buy-ins remain sky-high, and the prize pools are laughably small considering the traffic and rake they’re pulling in.

The VIP system? It’s a complete joke. You hit platinum, and suddenly the rewards vanish; the next level is such a huge jump that only the big spenders can even think about it. The user interface and poker issues are ongoing and basic,  things that should have been sorted out ages ago if the company actually cared about the product or the players.

They’re getting richer while giving less. That’s greedy, disrespectful, and it’s not sustainable in the long run. Players need to stop feeding this machine. Vote with your wallets, make the switch to sites that genuinely invest in real prizes, fair tournaments, meaningful bonuses, and a product that actually works.

Let them feel the pressure. Maybe then they’ll either get their act together, maybe the site will disintegrate and hopefully take beak faced eddie with it. bastards. There are plenty of better options. It is unbelievable how its went from the top player in the industry to being largely absolute dog shit in the space of only 3-6 months.

I mean you have collected enough wager in this period right? because I remember you reached a new VIP level, so if it's true next month Stake share double monthly then you will get decent bonus, different from us or me who only have low wagers, yeah it's just about the right moment and you don't have to do anything. I did this once when Stake celebrated a birthday just want to claim the maximum bonus moreover I know they give 2x monthly bonus.

While I agree with many things you say I don't think anything will happen. They will keep growing. Only people that have been with stake for several years know how bad the site has become, new players just see the recent product and think the site and bonuses especially look generous. They don't know those bonuses have been cut by at least 75% over the years.
And yeah poker, that's another story. It's running for a while now and it's still almost as bad as on the first day. The only good thing they added are Omaha variants. But the rake is ridiculous and not interesting for every serious poker player, same for the tournaments. And not even having a chat is kinda crazy these days.

30 days before the birthday can be said as the best time for Stake's users to wager more because of the double monthly bonus, although there is no guarantee that there will be always 2 monthly bonuses but what we experienced so far is like that.
However, I cant really remember about December, have we received 2x monthly bonuses during December in the past?
I cant check my email because I usually deleted all my email regularly like once a week or once a month so all the past email from Stake were deleted already.
@Mahdirakib, you are the one who usually check your past email for this kind of situation, maybe you can check your inbox and share with us what we used to get during December.
