I am curious to prove myself with my inactive account (zero wager in 4 months), I asked my friend who received the vip ladder email to give me the bonus link. Surprisingly there is $10 to claim lol, yes there must be something wrong with their bonus system. Seems that many accounts with no wager activity got the bonus while it is also possible that many active accounts got less bonus than those inactive accounts. What with happened recently, there is also possibility that there were so many mistakes in the past few years and many players might be affected. The worse case is that many players may got lower bonuses than what they should get because of the possible error in their bonus system.

Hmm, IMO, stake sometimes prioritize non active accounts and sometimes active accounts. You might argue that active accounts should always get the advantage (to which I will agree) but the more important thing is not to cut existing/promised/expected rewards to high rank active members. Which are on constant decline.

Some sources say all accounts with VIP level Bronze up get this bonus even those who have not completed KYC are still eligible, while those who are called active users (Wager + Deposit) get more bonuses so don't be surprised you get it too. On the one hand I think when they give corrections bonus it could be proof that the promised 10% on previous mistakes really wasn't added to our weekly bonus. It means the bonus wasn't really a VIP ladder bonus. Stake marketing team had released a bonus similar to pre-monthly or post-monthly to avoid huge criticism from the users. I would have also received a low amount like you if my gameplay activity was low. I got that $25 for having around $17k wager this month.

No, the link for weekly/monthly is the same for all users but it contains different amount. This is why the link is sent also in telegram and some people usually share the link in this thread as well, it proves that a link is not created for 1 user only. Imagine if Stake needs to create 1 unique link for 1 user while there more than 100k users, they will need to create 100k unique bonus link anytime they release a bonus. As far as I know the issue was on their system which made people unable to claim it during the first 30 minutes after the link sent on telegram. You got no issue while claiming the code because Stake fixed the issue already when you claimed it.

Aside of maybe 2-3 occurrences I always got the money instant, and I mean instant, like under 10 seconds, in 5 years. Some days ago in the German chat I read that some people had been waiting which kinda was a surprise to me. In less than 5 minutes, the money is sent, and the TX ID is also available on the site for verification.

It's always depends your activity.

Like, some example. You new account, playing sportbet only and win maybe 2-3x time of your deposit amount. Your account are potentialy getting check by every casino. Not just here but on every casino.
