Nope. It has not happened to me, actually I was just lurking around Stake some minutes ago and everything worked as usual, there was no online queue or anything similar to it.
Perhaps there is an huge volume of traffick in acticipation on the beginning of the world cup in a few hours, so the high volume of people maybe because of bettors betting heavily of the first markets available for this important event.

Let us know if you continue to have that problem during your next session, I am curious whether it will turn into a recurrent problem during these days or it was rather the servers getting quite stressed because of the high volume of people...
It would be a pity if I had to stand on an online queue in order to use Stake, hopefully it won't happen to me tomorrow.

You get bigger monthly bonus than me, I received $120 this month while I've wagered $52k and my PnL is positive (+1000).

My monthly PnL was still negative last week but I won nice amount 2days ago which made my PnL turn to positive.
Perhaps I may get bigger monthly bonus if I my PnL remains negative LOL but in this situation, I prefer to get positive PnL than bigger monthly bonus.

LOL, how on earth is that possible or even fair? I have more wager (20k more), am net negative (even if it's just a bit), and obviously I have a higher VIP level than you. Yet my monthly bonus was 3$ less, hahaha. Stake really makes no sense at all these days.  

Also the promo for the cup really is pretty underwhelming, considering stake is the biggest player in the market.

Do you have a screenshot? if yes you should be able to report it to your VIP host and maybe you get an explanation. @ryzaadit one of the less active users at this casino and as far as I remember the bonus was around $10 even the bonuses same for weekly. Maybe you know another casino Bits**r well, this casino gives a fixed bonus $2 every week for Bronze level even if you don't deposit in a month you will get it so compare it with your bonus this month.

^It's truly unfortunate, and in my experience, this is true. Sometimes, poor or unstable networks make it difficult to access stake.com. Furthermore, if you're trying to log in with a new device, I'm sure it won't be resolved quickly if the issue is network related. However, I hope your issue can be resolved quickly, as I know you certainly don't want to miss out on betting there, right?

Yes it is definitely an issue with the amount of traffic on the site. Was just trying to get to the splash screen for accessing the site and received a message from cloudflare stating I was being placed in a queue inorder to even have the site load up on my screen. Never had seen this message before since joining the site 7 years ago.
It said that I was in line to access the site and to wait for the screen to load up the site.

Everything is fine now, I guess that's just a one thing that happened at that time but they're able to fix it if there's been a network traffic to their domain.

Funnily enough, The queue appeared to me when I logged on stake again, after I replied here... So effectively, I can assure there were indeed some problems with the traffick last night.

I have not had any problems since, but I did not try to log in again during march of Mexico against South Africa, because I was busy.

I assume Stake servers are already tuned in and ready to be stressed with thousands of aditional people logging in and placing their bets during the world cup.

Most probably your VIP reload has a negative impact on your monthly bonus amount. How much have you received from the VIP reload after the last monthly bonus? I don't see any other reason for your low bonus amount while you are at a higher VIP rank than me. 'panjul07' has also received a decent amount from the monthly bonus if we compare it with his statistics. He also has a VIP host at Stake.

This is why I keep on thinking that there might be an issue with their bonuses system which is used to calculate the bonus. Some users get bigger while some others get smaller bonus than their expectation. Although if we ask them through support or VIP host by giving a comparison between the bonuses received by users, the answer will always the same "the calculation is correct".

Most probably your VIP reload has a negative impact on your monthly bonus amount. How much have you received from the VIP reload after the last monthly bonus? Doesn't matter. Even with reload and other stuff I am still in negative in my statistics, compared to your profit. So it doesn't make any sense. Anyway, it is what it is and this chapter is already closed for me, haha. Just in the moment it was just annoying to read from people with less wager, less loss, lower VIP level but yet they get a better bonus.
