The most likely explanation, because it is simply the most logical, is that all users who reached the VIP platinum level received a $15 bonus regardless of how much they wagered.
Some bonuses are simply automatic and don't depend on whether you're active. And even, casinos often grant bonuses to inactive players to attract them back.

Still confusing about bonuses rule, based on several respond before not matter your account have been reached the VIP platinum or not if not have much wager activities I think difficult earn bonuses. Stake distributed bonuses for user have much wager activities only not matter how higher level of your account without wager activities I think not chance yet for receiving bonus.

Bonuses reward nowadays in stake have difference way, I have Gold level account usually earn monthly bonuses although less wager activities but right now there are not any bonuses claim sent trough email after new rule adopting. Usually for Gold level account each monthly earn bonuses around $10 to $20 and sometime reward bonuses separate for seven days later with daily claim around $2.

I've seen similar situations in threads at other casinos. One person who hasn't been active for several months gets email with bonus, while another who has been playing constantly gets nothing. If there's no logical explanation, the only answer is that they're simply running random promotions for random customers. If they can't do it for everyone at the same time, they simply choose randomly and send them to one group one week, another the next, and yet another in the third week.

The experience with me is with mix feelings, I can't celebrate my winnings because I can't even differentiate between the winnings and loses any more, my recent bet was a sad end for me and for now until the world cup reach the final stage, I won't be betting onnthe games for now because I allowed my emotions to get in my way the last time and I lost big so I took a break to re evaluate my betting strategy.

Mate, please consider taking a break and excluding yourself for at least a week if not more. The way you said you can't differentiate between losses and wins is actually concerning. I, too, have such runs where I am absolutely disgusted, and I take a break. It does help a lot.

Just in case you are not aware of the feature, you can message stake support and tell them that you want the casino or sports (in your case, sports make sense) banned for 7 days, 15 days, or 30 days or more like a lifetime. They simply remove that part, and you can't bet anymore until that period is over.

That is incorrect. Having received the subscription bonus of $10 and have been platinum V for over seven months and this had been the lowest one since they started these monthly bonuses for subscribing.
Yet while everybody else received their bonus yesterday I did not get the email to claim it.
Only seven hours later did I get the link sent to me which was strange. They have always sent it at the same time as everybody else.
Even went to their support and asked why I had not received the subscription bonus yesterday when I noticed I did not get the notification to claim it. They said I was not eligible because I didn't click on the link in the subscription email sent on June 4th. But I assured them I did and even remember the green checkmark and bell icon on the screen when I did three weeks ago. Then early today I did get the email saying to claim the subscription bonus.
I am thinking there was a mess up with several users not getting this bonus and they released this second batch out.

I have stopped chasing stream codes because I have to realize that my internet connection is not that good to compete with others.

Yep, I tried that $28 or $36 code, I think it was, and although I entered within 1s and the stream wasn't lagging, it loaded for a second and said fully claimed. So I'm convinced it's impossible to claim the stream codes without some kind of bot or unless Stake decides to increase the number of claims, since the number of users on Stake are ever increasing.

Delay due to slow internet connection can be said as "no chance" LOL as few seconds late = bye-bye  Grin Grin

The only way is to get a code claimer, which obtains a token from Cloudflare in advance and then claims the drop immediately. I mean it's not even worth though and hopefully Stake realizes the code abuse and does something about it. The forum giveaway is the same every week, over 200 pages now lmao.

LOL that's actully hilarious from stake. I mean how do you get 7x the amount with half the wager, profit compared to my loss and lower VIP level, makes 0 sense.
After all this shit I took another break of play for 3 months today, maybe even closing my account for good after that since it's just a waste of time.
I mean giving people with much less action and lower VIP level more rewards is just a slap in the fast. Since this kinda triggers me ( ) I decided it's best just to stop using the site again. It's a waste of time and money tbh, so that's the best approach.

I get 10$ without any single waggering, in my opinion could be the number of threshold open a certain number amount. Lets said you waggering 75,000$ but the threshold is on 50,000$ 100$ and next threshold is 100,000$ for 200$. No matter you got more 25,000$ is not gonna to count.

Something interesting happened to me this week when I decided to log into Stake from my smartphone.
The website of Stake engaged with my phone and asked for fingerprint/biometric unlocking.

I just searched on the internet and it seems Stake implemented the use of passkeys last year, in order to enhance security of our accounts.

Have any of you noticed it, or you are the kind of gambler who never log off your accounts? 

I think it is excellent the way Stake pays attention to those security enhancing features which could make the difference if your credentials are leaked somehow.
This is the kind of stuff I would have only expected to see in bank applications and exchange applications.

I'm not going to complain about their mysterious bonus calculation system. Because I had also received higher bonuses in the last month with positive PnL stats. I'm down like a few hundred dollars at Stake with $31k wager this month, and received only $10 from the subscription bonus. My experience was also bad with the previous weekly bonus. That's why I said this last week:

This error was already resolved by the team by the time I reported it recently. It’s indeed on the casino error for sports betting probably they are modifying something for their world cup promotion.

I didn’t experience it myself but the team acknowledged it so I believe some user that active the same time as yours experienced the same.

Haha a mystery is always a mystery, my activity is lower than yours also my VIP level but I claim $15 so it feels tiring talking about this one
I also got info that those who have accounts without KYC still get this subscription bonus but I don't know the bonus they didn't say, sometimes I wonder why Stake wastes budget on users who don't KYC + never deposit while most of their active players complain about the bonuses.

Yeah man, thanks very much for your concern, I just entered the site again some moments ago and realised that the issue is completely gone, I've finally been able to place some bets now, though that error was really frustrating and it made me miss atleast one opportunity to make a little profit..

There was a game a friend of mine shared with me, I didn't see his message on time and by the time I saw it, the match was already live and I tried to place a bet on the match but that error won't allow me, this is what made the whole experience frustrating but that's gone by the way, i guess it was just one of those moments where opportunity presents it's self but something else comes up and says "no way, not today" 😁

What we do here about their bonuses are all speculation LoL because there is not enough information about the bonus calculation we can find so what we can do is purely speculation based on some experiences.
If there is a threshold, I cant still find reasonable threshold by looking at my own statistic in all the months where I received the subs bonus.
The same wager amount may give different sub bonus, the same PnL also may give different bonus, negative PnL give lower bonus while positive PnL give bigger bonus.

It's good that Stake added an additional security features to make it difficult for someone else to have access to your account. I haven't seen such features and maybe, that's because I don't log out at all.

I have forgotten my password so, I login with my email address but I can't remember when last I login to my Stake account apart from when I changed my device. If I want to gamble, I just click on my browser and the Stake page is always there.
