Stake team is not active here while the admin on Stake forum is more active to fix that error. I will try to report this concern on the Stake support since Stake forum was already ban in my country due to bullshit government censorship in online gambling.

I got a similar email once, and I did complete and got the bonus. They are time-restricted, but I feel not strictly 72 hours; more like 3 days from the time of the email.

Good thing you checked with your host because after you mentioned the bonus wouldn't be released until end of the month, because just about to ask mine to see where it was.

This is really very bad if Stake is denying the bonuses by addressing it as a mistake. This isn't the first time when they made such a mistake like that. They should give the bonus to every user who has received the email or pop-up message and completed the requirements. Hopefully, they will give something to all of those users who received a pop-up of this bonus by mistake.

Stake.com System Error! Rejected Bet Approved Later and My Balance is Gone €652

Hello everyone,

I want to share a serious issue I experienced on Stake.com, which completely stems from a technical infrastructure error on their side. Since their support team has been absolutely unhelpful, I am posting this here to raise awareness and warn everyone.

Yesterday (June 30, 2026), during the live match between France and Sweden, I suffered an unfair financial loss due to a technical system glitch. Here are the details of the incident:

Username: newyear

Bet ID: sport:612731642

Disputed Amount: €652.17

Event: France vs. Sweden (Market: Ousmane Dembélé to score)

🚨 Incident Summary & Technical Issue

During the live match, I attempted to place a bet of €652.17. While the coupon was processing, the system generated a "Bet Rejected" error.

Because the bet was rejected, the €652.17 stake was immediately credited back to my active account balance.

Since the platform explicitly stated that the wager failed and returned my funds, I closed the website, confident that no active bet was running.

After the match concluded, I logged back into my account only to discover that Stake.com had retroactively and automatically approved the previously rejected coupon without my consent or knowledge. Since the bet lost, my balance was wiped out.

⚠️ Grounds for Complaint

Lack of User Consent: The system officially told me "This bet was not placed" and refunded my money. It was impossible for me to monitor, manage, or cash out a bet that I was told did not exist.

Unfair Practice: Despite contacting Stake support, they refuse to acknowledge this blatant system lag and technical glitch. Reviving a rejected coupon after the match progression is completely unacceptable.

I have already submitted an official complaint to the Curacao Gaming Authority (CGC) demanding an investigation into their system logs for this Bet ID.

Has anyone else experienced a similar glitch on this platform, or do you have any advice on how to proceed? Be very careful with live betting on Stake.

From my observation the bet was placed on 7/1/2026 at 4:02 AM or 2 minutes after the match started, right? while the first goal was scored in the 45' minute so there should be no bets rejected from the first minute to the 44' minute, the reason the bet was rejected was because a goal occurred within seconds before/after the bet was placed. So I think the scenario that happened was that you didn't realize that your bet was accepted, yeah that's just my personal opinion and hopefully you can find the solution.

Quite surprised to see this link available and I had not received anything on my account when I logged in earlier today. Didn't get an email regarding my bonus reward either.
Just tried the link and it did not work but I did the requirements several weeks ago when I received that popup message on my account.
