Generally they release 2x monthly bonuses in the same month for example, on August 1-2 is the first then the 2nd on August 15-17 so if they release the monthly bonuses in early July I think that's a bit confusing. No, we can't blame the casino since the time frame was mentioned in the email. The time frame is mentioned in the first line in the 'more detail' section of the email. So, it can't be considered as the fault of the casino if the user ignores those details from the email message.

It is not a matter of preference, it is rather about statistics and regulatory facts. The USA domain is only supposed to be used by citizens and resident of the United States of America, while the rest of the world (except some other special jurisdictions, like the United Kingdom) is supposed to use the .com domain (or the so-called global domain).

I have not used Stake today, (I use the global domain as I am not from the United States) so I cannot give any feedback of those reports about a blackout on the deposit and automated withdrawal system of the casino.
