even when attacked from the inside by blockstream/core it just forks and offers two chains. at least one will continue delivering p2p electronic money to the people with low fees.  maybe both?  we'll see.

Especially this year. As the price keeps going up and up, many people start to get interested in it.

Plus the fork, it is really garnering lots of attention in the mainstream.

I don't understand why people keep from spreading rumors about the dumping of Bitcoins when it is crystal clear from the current value of Bitcoins in that they are about to take a ride to moon. Definitely, bitcoins are going to touch $4,000 in no time leaving the Bitcoiners with the massive profit.

I also do not believe rumors about the dumping of bitcoin because some people says that bitcoin will goes to very soon dies and also says that bitcoinis is not for life time but that is impossible because these are the against of developing bitcoin so don't believe on them just believe in bitcoin because we all are know that bitcoin is a very secure and trusted currency and bitcoin are also very close to 4000$ and it cross to this price very soon.

I also heard predictions that bitcoin will soon reach such a price. And I believe in it. At the moment, the price continues to grow. And now there are no negative events for bitcoin

Yes we surely believe that bitcoin is non-stop. You can see the recent example of soft/hard fork where people were expecting some crash and downfall of bitcoins, but it did not happen and bitcoin came out of the situation more strongly. Also a Recent hack/ scam of BTC-E has not bring any bad effects on price either.

Seeing what achieved every other version of bitcoin before - mainly Bitcoin XT and then Bitcoin Unlimited. I wouldn't be so sure about longevity of the alternative strain.
Please prove me wrong and create something amazing for BCC, after all competition is the motor of all changes. Maybe this split will be the best thing that happened to BTC in the long run?
It's hard to say - I will, however, keep my BCC for now and monitor the situation.

Surely blockchain is advancing due to changes made by segwit and ultimately bitcoin is rising with it. Two chains being offered dies not really mean one will carry all of the load but it will distributed not evenly but in parts. This may decrease the difficulty if miners got distributed and that would more easy on the fees too. Let's hope to see better bitcoin.

BTC gain it's strength and  is strong because the people behind it not core dev but us the users who use it and believe in it . And I do not think  this will change anytime soon  .

And about BCH I believe it is just an altcoin with no purpose but making money from it nothing more .

Don't get your hopes up.
All it takes is a swift move by the government and say bye bye to Bitcoin.
They have the power to block any website and confiscate servers.
There is nothing we can do to stop them, but protest (if it happens).
I don't think it will, but like I said don't get your hopes up!

Bitcoin is very well tested over Tor and built to work with it well. Governments tried to block a lot of stuff, but it doesn't work. Torrents survived, so did Tor. China does these things all the time, but it just gets people to learn about anti-censorship tech. There is really no way to stop people from talking to each other in an efficient manner.

And when it comes to regulations, Bitcoin doesn't need them, it can surpass them and will not stop it from growing and taking over. Besides, governments are regulated by people themselves, they do something that people really don't like and off with the heads. Democracy pretty much won the world by now, more to do still, but hey, it is getting there and Bitcoin is helping quite a lot.

That's what we have been waiting for, and once SegWit gets completely agreed upon then no one can stop Bitcoins from booming the way itself to 5k. There are still some scary statements that I have seen somewhere as Lightning Dev said that fees will increase only and scaling will still not be possible around after demand gets increased higher and number of transactions get x folds and we really need to deal with this situation to make Bitcoins' success inevitable.

That is what I like about bitcoin. A lot of challenges face but every one of the obstacles hurdled and it even goes stronger. That how resilience bitcoin, so I guess it is really unstoppable and no matter what the negativity they propel onto it, bitcoin will stand out. Really glad that I have found it and my journey was a good experience. Right now the price is going to something we haven't seen before so this will be another engagement or journey for all of us.

Bitcoin is so strong because of speculation and hype, that is why it is always up. Do you remember July 20-24? When the bitcoin dropped to $ 1800? It was dropping because of panic selling, if the prices falls a bit, then the others will panic and sell all their coins, that is like a snowball, same happens when the prices goes up

but panic sell also gift profits for people who believe in bitcoin because they buy cheaply . the bad issues on bitcoin will have an impact on declining prices and new holders who not completely believe in bitcoin.

Yes bitcoin is increasing unstoppable, I'm very excited to welcome 4000$ by the end of this month. Activation of segwit has absolutely no effect on bitcoin price, bitcoin persist and become strong, this exceed my previous expectation.
