I would be wary of them for now. They are closely affiliated with BTC-e. They did BTC-e's verification services (apparently among other things), and BTC-e was their liquidity provider. They also called them a partner and advertised them on their site.

People have speculated for a long time that their ownership is related. Given that the FBI is after BTC-e's owners, I would be careful dealing with this exchange. Don't risk much.

I do not use untrusted services. To me it is better to pay 1% more expensive but are a reliable service for storing and sharing than in the pursuit of imaginary profits to lose everything.
