Which one is better and has a long term promise do you think?

This is a balance match up. I trust both Antshares (NEO) and Waves. One is not much farther than the other. They are at each other's side for now. I am afraid to make speculation as of now as to which of the two will end up the winner. I think they are both doing really good. The only difference is their market. They are catering people from different continents.

I like WAVES more, because they have much better community and a lot of support. NEO is something new that came to the market, it has a potential of growing ofcourse, but i will still bet on WAVES

I think both have bright future.
WAVES is currently ahead, but Neo have the Asian support. In past years there are lot of big project coming from Asia region.
IMO for now WAVES, in 1-2 years Neo will be ahead.

Waves and the various rewards you can earn from either leasing it or leaving it in your wallet is unbelievable and you don't need to have your wallet running 24/7 for that.

For me I like Waves and investing to Waves more than NEO, because the value of NEO in today are from community in China and it not stable as Waves have a huge community from any where on the world. With idea Decentralization Exchange of Waves, in future the price of Waves not cheap as now and need a lot of money for buy it, maybe like Ethereum

Waves is a good coin to have in ur portfolio. Good marketing, many people here (western orientated) have them. But u need to see the bigger picture in this financial world.  https://neo.org/ says it all. Follow the money. Just do your research. NEO is the way to go imo.

Both coins are Proof of stake, but in Neo you get Gas depending how much Neo you have, while in Waves you get Waves.

Earning the coin itself is better than earning something different such as Gas in my opinion. What do you think?

Gas price changes, it may increase/decrease different than the Neo. This would confuse my mind. It is simple to get just the Waves :=)

Do your DD. Look at Roadmap etc. Every coin needs "hype" to attract investers to invest in the specific coin. My oppinion: NEO way more potential and profits than Waves hyped coin :-)

I chose the waves because it proved to last for more than 1 year.
At least platform waves have used some ico coins like primalbase, ZrCoin, and Shadow Token.

Both are great coins. But I'm going with NEO purely because I understand the Chinese business mindset. They don't play around and if anybody can get things done, it's the Chinese for sure.

i am in favor of waves and here is the reason. rebranding from antshare to neo means there is something went wrong with their projects relaunching new name with the same people behind it is not an assurance that the project will push through higher than their previous project. waves is proven for a quite sometime now, i don't know what will be the future of neo.
