Neo vs Waves!

i am in favor of waves and here is the reason. rebranding from antshare to neo means there is something went wrong with their projects relaunching new name with the same people behind it is not an assurance that the project will push through higher than their previous project. waves is proven for a quite sometime now, i don't know what will be the future of neo.

I disagree. The ANS brand was lost in translation -- westerners didn't understand the brand. Why ants and that ugly logo? Rebranding to NEO was their response to move the project to the world stage.

Waves and NEO are all great coins with great projects. There is no reason one will totally overpower the other. The comparison's good, man.

I think it would be best if you secure for yourself some decent share of these two coins.

I think NEO has a better foundation than WAVES because the NEO market is developing very recently and especially the developers are improving the technology to new heights. I'm sure in the future NEO will be the direct rival of Ethereum

My vote is also with NEO. It is the only altcoin that has the potential of producing some good profit. Indeed, NEO has an edge over other altcoins in technology and support. Its team is really working hard day and night to make it touch the sky.

Lol! It would be a fun to see NEO competing against eth. ETH bitterly needs some updates to maintain its position in the crypto market.

Both are coins with good project and great potencial of increase value. I suggest to split your investiments in both. Today my altcoin portifolio is 60% Waves and 40% others coins, but it can be changed anytime.

I am truly fed up of hearing this NEO crap everywhere. I do not know who started this and how, but his hype illness spread to many people here ! Waves is far superior, and instead of doing promotion - because why a crypto-currency need promotion ? - they are actually coding and pushing big things. China is crap, and the big majority of the population is so poor they will never buy it. Deloitte is something a lot more important than the country you are from, and Deloitte is with Waves.

well in terms of achievements I guess waves are far more than neo but like what you have said neo keeps improving and the dev are not stopping to make
new updates just like stratis neo are really  another good project to support even the value already pumped so hard its still got some new updates and many
traders and big whales will ride on it.

I understand you can be upset by well-done marketing vs. good product but, sadly, history has shown that good marketing often wins over good products (FYI: I've got some waves & neos).
Concerning your remark on China, I won't underestimate China's economy, really. Just have a look to the BATX companies.

You may have missed the bullet train, but not the train. NEO will hit at least $100 by end of the year.

In the long term i would go for NEO because it is from China and for a very long time they were controlling the price of bitcoin and when the amount of users they have i would root for NEO to have a bigger valuation than waves and if you look at the recent rally it will show how long it could go higher and i still feel that we could see higher valuation.

Hmmmm, I didn't know that NEO was Assian though. This made the comparison very hard. If NEO was European, I would definitely go for WAVES, but this time I don't know. Assian people are doing good job in Exchange projects.

However, after ANS (Antshares) was renamed to NEO, there was a serious surging of price. Those that are into trading that never heard of Antshares restructuring steps were even shocked as to what this NEO coin is all about. And then they heard that it is the ANS coin restructured.

I can say neo will be the winner caused by the developers bring the new pos structure that generate gas to the neo holders, that was look good as far as i know the ethereum chinese will be the winner after the waves has beaten by the western ethereum.

Both are good. NEO is currently on boom and rising fast. So it might be difficult for everyone to get their hands on. Waves on other had is still blooming slow and steady, its still affordable and within reach. Both will give gains, NEO will give in 1 year or less while Waves may take longer.

Both are probably decent a shot for a diversified portfolio. I have positions in both. NEO is the winner in terms of price appreciation, but Waves has a much lower market cap at $510M vs $1.8B for NEO so the future appreciation may be higher especially of there is reversion to the mean. Also, an investor can generates income with their Waves shares by leasing them on the Waves Lite platform (DPoS) and obtain payment in Miners Reward tokens or other tokens. I don't know what makes NEO come to this far to have many supporters and became advance on marketcap but maybe i will take a look with NEO since I never find any good Info regarding to this coin. So i will conclude for now that waves are more better than this coin since I follow waves for a while and  I can say that waves have great possibilities to gain more in future since they had backed up with good project and famous dev.

Remain same opinion, but I amazed to see the growth of NEO, in very short time its going crazy! Truly, the Chinese make up 100 billion of crypto trading markets - it makes me think Chinese ICOs will grow dramatically.
