The buyer signs the purchase order and makes the payment in ether.
The seller receives notification of the purchase order, counter signs it and the funds are released by the smart contract.
The IPFS address of both the buyer and seller's ledgers are recorded on the smart contract along with details of the transaction.

Just to give everyone a heads up.
We have decided to move our ICO back to 4th October.
This is due to a marketing campaign we are about to launch and the launch of a mvp for android and ios.
We just wouldn't have time to fit this in if we kept the previous date.
