I don't think that this will be resulting into a "full fledged war because they are also thinking what it will be or how will it be affecting their countrymen. I think this will be just like a cold war where only words and taunts are thrown to each other. More importantly, we don't need to expect a war, let us just focus on what we can do to ourselves.

Likely there is not going to be a full fledged war. But hypocritical countries like North Korea and India who boasts about their power but are worthless can be the first ones to strike. Though they wouldn't last long, but can cause serious civilian damage to others and themselves.

I really don't know who is telling the truth because we all know that USA is so used to in making up stories so that they will become the face of telling the truth even though North Korea is the one initiating it because maybe USA is using media to show case that North Korea is bombing Guam, who knows. I don't think it would lead to a world war if north korea strikes first. Even their staunch ally china hasn't approved of all their missile tests that seem to be a taunt to the west. If north korea mives first, they're pretty much alone and would be easily defeated.
