yes, its a big NO, NO here in the forum to send pms to many users. why not try to post right away your ann thread and bounty thread. besides, if people see that you have a good concept and a good team, then they will be more than willing to help you promote. i think sending pms is such a desperate move.

The signature campaign lasts untill October, 11, so you still have a chance to receive a good bounty.
In case there is no full week of wearing the signature we'll credit the participant with the bounty for the number of days he is wearing the signature, so each active participant will receive bounty

The main purpose of the campaign is to spread awareness and these are the closing stages and if you have already applied then it is well and good and you might get the share for the amount of days you advertised as mentioned by the OP.
